“We wanted change our present "F" Plan to new provider due to recently increased premiums. I found Mr. Alberti's contact information and left him a message on a Sunday. Mr. Alberti contacted me the next morning. We discussed several options and made a decision. The next day he called me back and he went through both my wife and my application in about 30 minutes. Two days later we received a call from the company and answered a few more questions and we were done. Mr Alberti kept in touch with us throughout the process until we actually received our new cards. I will continue to work with him for any changes we may want to make in the future. He did a great job and made this somewhat puzzling job very easy. He is the best we have ever worked.”

“My wife and I were traveling through Kentucky and since it was Sunday we wanted to go to Church. We stopped at Florence Alliance Church, in Florence Kentucky, and attended Service. When the Service was over we meet the Pastor and several members of the Church who made us feel like we were apart of the family, so much so we wanted them to come back to Ohio with us so we could see them again.
