“This is an excellent location on the island. They just opened a new indoor climate controlled two-story building that looks amazing! Outside units are well-maintained and the staff that runs the facility has been amazing for the last two years. Even during the construction access to our unit was never an issue. The gates are currently not closed due to the finishing of construction but anticipate they will be again shortly. When the gates are closed there 24 hour access is super easy. Our biggest concern about this location was flooding due to its close proximity to the ocean. We have weathered to hurricanes and not a drop of water has entered our outside unit. We are very pleased with the facility in management team. Prior to construction the back portion of the property had vehicle storage. I'm not sure if that will be offered once construction is completed.”

There was actually a discussion here about my situation versus in Downtown LA guy was eating a cake and looking at screen while listening to me in one ear then went to talk to his manager came back with basically 'nope, this is the policy - take care'. Missing crucial detail this DPSS picked up on. Its not always peaches here, but what matters most is when it works out, its a relief.
