“This place is so good! I've been dying to try them and I'm so happy I got to. We got the asada tacos and the chicken burrito and everything was so delicious! The corn tortillas were fantastic and the steak was super flavorful. The burrito was HUGE and the chicken was super good. I saw they had birria tacos on the menu and that's the next thing I'm coming back for! There are so many Americanized places around and it's just so nice to have an authentic place nearby. The flavor in authentic tacos are 100x better than what you get at the average place. We also got the good glass bottle Coca Cola and if you've never had it you need to try it. So much better!!! 10\10 highly recommend this place!”

“Delicious 🤤 delicious and delicious 😋. This place has the best chinese chicken wings in the area. I live 35 minutes away and the food was still burning my fingers when i got home. The dumplings were to die for. Perfectly filled and fried. You must order them. The sweet and savory dipping sauce was comforting. They went on vacation and I had to wait two weeks for them to come home. Definitely worth the wait. I love heavily seasoned food. I will be back to try more from their menu.”

I have a somewhat hard time believing this food as good for you because it is so good, period. Very friendly service, incredibly priced for what you get, and my lunch was great. My only complaint was that this place should be packed with patrons. I’m hoping this place sticks around cause I will definitely be back when I’m in town again!”

“So, Kimber's was a family style restaurant up until 2 years ago. They changed ownership and became a high end steakhouse. I have seen their billboard on I-40 and decided to stop Friday night. I was worried I would have to wait forever. That was not the case. The restaurant was clean and appealing. I decided to sit at the bar since I was alone. Emily was the bartender and was very attentive and told me all about the place. I ordered a nice glass of red wine and a 10oz filet and sides. One of which was a salad. I had seen one on their reviews. It was amazing! Emily advised em they cut their steaks in house. The filet was out of this world good. Better than any steakhouse in the area. Emily advised that during the summer it has been hard to keep the restaurant full. People go try this restaurant! It is pricy but it is worth every penny! As a foodie I love local restaurants that do specialty items. And Kimber's did not disappoint! Oh and try the homemade desserts. I had a key lime cheesecake that I could not stop eating!”

My husband & I both had steak entrees - mine the ribeye bone in with zucchini & baked potato- he had a t bone entree with coleslaw & baked potato. Everything was delicious- steak was hot - seasoned just right & cooked to our preference. We weren’t rushed in any way and that was great!!This is situated in a great location- quite close to interstate I 85 & US 158 E in Henderson NC. Several shopping experiences close by and a major trauma hospital.All & all - very good meal!”

“This location opened at 5:30pm on the Saturday we visited. There is paid parking on the street, but you only pay during Monday thru Friday. We got there early, so we had drinks across the street at the Tin Roof, which is a fun bar with live music across the street. This a nice main course to that experience. They were able to fit us in, but keep in mind that reservations are recommended. We chose to dine at the outdoor seating area next to the street. It was a great experience but expect to have cars and motorcycles rev their engines as they cruise along that main street. We optioned to have the grilled chicken fettuccine alfredo, the grilled scallops, and vegetarian salad. And the waffle with ice cream for dessert. The waiter was knowledgeable about the food, and if you ask about the quality or size or availability, they are able to handle those questions. Midas 5-stars for the professional and knowledgeable staff.”

I ordered a bacon cheese burger (light mayo, light ketchup, light mustard, A1 sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & JALAPEÑOS) with a side of Cajun Fries OF COURSE. When I tell you that this burger HIT THE SPOT... it really did out due my expectations. The burger was PERFECT and nothing fell off and the fries were GREAT; nice, hot & seasoned. I initially was going to grab it to-go home but I decided to sit down and enjoy it right there on-the-spot... and I'm glad I did! It was well worth the $19.57 total. No regrets and I will definitely go back when that next burger craving comes on.”

“We arrived about 530 pm on a Sat evening. It was busy but not slammed, there were a few empty tables. We were seated quickly and our order taken shortly thereafter. They were out of chicken and also out of brisket. Beverages arrived in just a few minutes but it was approximately 50 minutes before the food arrived. Pulled pork and ribs were both very good although room temperature, not hot. Slaw was good, green beans a little dry but still good. Roasted potatoes were heavily spiced with cumin, not very good to us.Our waitress, Emma was very good and attentive. Overall a good experience, hopefully improvements will come as they work out the kinks.”
