“We truly enjoyed working with our Aspen contractor to repair our home after it was hit by a hailstorm. The biggest benefit of working with Aspen was the skill to work with our insurance company. Our contractor circled back with them several times to explain what should be covered to properly repair our home. It greatly helped us to have someone with the building code skill and knowledge to advocate on our behalf. Another benefit was our Aspen contractor supervised the on-site work to make sure it was done right. Plus, he helped us fix some other house issues not related to the damage but needed to be done (such as the black mold found behind our dishwasher). We greatly appreciated the extra work and care to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. “Rapid Response replaced the entirety of my flooring downstairs after a pipe burst and flooded the previous flooring. The job did take a lot longer than expected but after the wait my floors look brand new. They also replaced all of the trim and pieces of drywall that were effected. Everything looks great. The first time around, the floors did not get finished by the crew that was sent out to do them. The owner, Jerry, took charge in coming back to make sure the job was done correctly and was helpful every step of the way making sure to get the problems fixed. His main focus was to make sure we were happy with the final results”

“Golden Exteriors LLC is a great company to work with! Rob was recommended to me by another roofer who was was unable to fix something for me due to time restraints. I called him and he came out that day. That is when we found out we had a bigger issue and needed a new roof. Rob was very quick to respond to my calls and texts. He is very knowledgeable in what he does and communicated any issues he came across and gave his suggestions but was not pushy and left the decision up to us on what to do. Of course, we took his advise on all issues and let him fix the problems as needed. He definitely makes sure the job is done correctly and the customer is happy. His crew worked very hard to get the job done and worked very well together. When the job was completed, they did a very good job on cleaning the grounds to make sure everything was cleaned up and no nails or trash was left behind.
