Everyone was friendly. Even as I was standing in the “cage”, everyone that went past asked if I had been helped yet. The one negative aspect is the lack of restrooms; not even a portable-potty. Take note: The door assignments that they give pertain to the numbers on the DOOR. Disregard the numbers high up on the building. And yes, I know from experience that this can cause confusion 🤦♂️.”

“I really liked my first visit to see Dr. Sherwood. Everything went as expected, and I felt like we had a productive chat. He was attentive and was careful to consider all of my concerns. My only negative was that it was impossible to contact the office before my visit. I called 6 times at different times and days, but didn't get any human to talk to - but got into an endless voicemail loop. I also waited about an hour before I actually saw Dr. Sherwood - but I guess when you're in high-demand, wait times can be high. Overall, I will continue to use this office as my primary care physician.”

“When in Memphis, Crumpy’s Hot Wings Downtown location is a must visit! The staff is friendly and the service is nothing less than pure Southern Hospitality! The wings are cooked to perfection and you have got try their famous Honey Gold wings! When I visited the owner was there and told me that they were usually closed on Sundays but she said give me 30 minutes. In that time she summoned her staff and took my order… ON A DAY THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CLOSED!! Now that’s customer service!! Crumpy’s will be one of the first establishments that I visit every time I come to Memphis! You should do the same!!!”
