“I could never get anyone on the phone. And I had some serious issues with not being able to fill out the forms due to a brain injury. I knew they would provide assistance, but could never get anyone on the phone. I finally spoke to my Medicare Advange plan rep, and she suggested I go in. She said they aren't staffed to take calls so no one ever answers. She even has a direct number & no one answered. So she said I should just go down there. Said that everyone she sends down there gets results THAT DAY. Not having a car, that's easier said than done. But I finally got help, and all my paperwork has been corrected & re-filed. The lady there was very helpful & thorough. It took a while, but she managed to get it all done. I was very pleased. AND A BONUS: NO WAIT!”

“First, I have dealt with home warranty companies and their contractors through three houses so far and each time it's a mixed bag. This experience has been far above expectations. I placed the service order with 2-10 at 2130 on Thursday. At 0800 on Friday Nicole called me. She was polite, professional, and accommodating. I was able to have a technician out that day. The gentleman who came correctly identified and repaired my broken bathtub drain, that was in the second floor bath. The leak caused damage to the ceiling and wall below. He was thoughtful enough to contact a different company that evaluates the extent of water damage. Because he contacted them promptly, a technician came out that same day, at no charge, and offered particle and helpful advice. I will contact elite plumbing for help even after my home warranty contract has expired.”

“This store has helped me a lot with bugs for my beardie. They keep a great stock of beetles and mealworms for him. I also took my puppy here for some toys, treats, and other spoiled goods. Both her and her staff are down to earth, caring, makes sure that I never run out of medications, will always fit you in if you have an emergency and talks to you like you are family. She listens. As soon I as I walked in i was greeted by the employees and was give several recommendations and a list of daily specials. I went with the Loco Moco! The egg was cooked perfectly and the gravy & beef patty were full of flavor. I had the fresh Pineapple Coconut Punch to drink and don’t have the words to describe it. JUST TRY IT!! “I went here when I was little, around 96' ish, and I am 29 now. I will never forget Ms. Applebee, Ms. Taylor, and Ms. Coontz. Or "Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My!!". I can still say the " Fifty Nifty United States" with ease, and will always remember trying to find the slightly frozen chocolate milk cartons in the cafeteria. And seeing the school reminded me of learning to put glue on my hands and trick my friends in front of the school. 💜💜💜”
