Dr. Kutch was amazing . She explained the entire process, and she and one of the incredible staff member stayed with me while I said goodbye to my companion. “I've taken my German Shepherd to Dr. Brockett since she was a puppy. We're going on 5 years now and we LOVE her and her staff! Having a VERY animal aggressive dog is hard, and it's very difficult to find a vet who will work with me. “I've been taking our 9lb dog and a seriously overweight, diabetic 18 yr old cat to the Bulverde Animal Hospital for over 10 years now and have always been cheerfully greeted by the front desk folks (where I pick up insulin for the cat every month). They are always ready to help or check-in the pets for appointments. Wait time is always minimal and test results are shared as soon as possible. There's been a recent change-over of Vets, but service provided continues to be top-notch.”

When I’ve had questions about his treatment they always explain in detail the thought process behind the plan that has been laid out. “This was my first time getting a kitty spayed because all other cats I've had throughout my life came from a shelter and were already spayed/neutered. So we had our kitties spayed and I thought the incision was open so we ended up at the emergency vet. These folks were so incredibly kind and caring. They were so patient with us and our million questions. My kitty was actually fine, but they did a really great job explaining the aftercare as our vet really didn't explain anything. The tech was so sweet, the receptionist was as well, and the Vet was amazing. Thanks y'all!”
