“I have been taking my dogs to this clinic wonce they were pups. They are now senior dogs. I have to say that my dogs get the best care with Dr Ron. Tonight Dr Ron went above and beyond and met me at the clinic after hours when my dogs condition got worse after seeing an emergency vet over the weekend and my other dog seemed to be getting sick as well. I am very grateful for the care and concern he and his staff provides. I am sure my babies are on the mend.”

“Sweet Carolina Dog recent stroke survivor Sanctuary Senior dog "Autumn" with balance mobility difficulty, vision/hearing impairment from her stroke had a good visit at the vet. It was our Howls-n-Meows Animal Rescue first time going to this vet clinic. The staff there were very friendly & good with Autumn. The vet gave 4 meds for Sanctuary Senior Autumn's Hematoma of her ear to try to reduce swelling of her ear & to help manage any possible pain. Due to her old age and recent stroke surgery to drain fluid from her ear is not an option for her. So trying the topical medicine, ear drops, and two other oral medications to help reduce inflammation swelling of her ear with hematoma. I/our rescue recommends this vet clinic for others to bring their dogs to when vet care is needed. They are rescue friendly and they do accept called-in Donations for rescues that bring their dogs/cats there.”

“My pup unfortunately sliced her paw open the other morning and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I called FOUR other EMERGENCY vets and each one told me they didn’t have availability until next week. Next week wasn’t an option if I wanted to help my doggo. I called Circle C Animal Hospital expecting to hear the same thing, maybe it was the desperation in my voice or something but whoever I spoke to told me they could see her now. Yay! The staff was was super friendly and accommodating when we arrived, even though my poor pup was bleeding all over their floors. They fixed her up in a few hours and I was able to pick her up that day. I hope to not see them for an emergency again but if it happens , I would gladly trust my pets here.”

“I took ALL my cats here to be fixed. They worked with the humane society to help make this happen. They were so nice and helpful. I was hauling several cages in and out and they helped me with that 2 days in a row. I have 2 more mamas to take care of when they are done nursing, after that they will be brought there also. Rogers is not typically the vet I go to but I seriously think I will be switching over to them now.”

“Words can’t describe how amazing the staff at Midlothian Animal ER are! I stopped in around 3:30am one morning with our barley 5 day old puppy needing oxygen. Our sweet pup was having breathing issues and as soon as I walked in, the staff were very diligent and ready to take her back for care. I cannot remember the doctor’s name that I saw, I just remember his cool mustache. He was so professional and informative regarding our sweet puppy. We unfortunately had to euthanize her as she wasn't going to make it. Days later I received a sympathy card on Mother’s Day with the staff’s signatures and a lovely message in the card. It was so sweet and thoughtful of them to send us something. I hope to not need to go back to the ER for any of my fur babies, but if do, I’ll definitely go back to the Midlothian location.”
