“If you want a doctor who gives you the time of day and never rushes through your medical issues, look no further than Dr. Blanchard. He is sometime a bit late for appointments, but that’s only because he’s giving the same courtesy to other patients. For me it’s easily worth the trade-off. He’s a very genuine person with a ton of general medical knowledge, and a huge network of local specialists to back him up on stuff that he isn’t an expert about. I finally feel like I have a co-pilot for my health who actually cares on a personal level about my future. Big plus for a very friendly TPMG staff that is always happy to take questions for the doctor, and a great patient portal that also allows you to talk directly to the doctor via email.”

“Anna is a phenomenal massage therapist who brings professional training and a beautiful compassionate nature to every session. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people feel better through the different massage techniques she utilizes. Severe neck pain drove me to find a good massage. But when I read that Anna's approach is more gentle physical therapy, I chose to start treatment with her rather than pay for a "spa package." I've not regretted that decision one bit. After listening to my concerns, she assessed my posture, took in what I thought to be the inciting incident, and gave me the option to choose how much additional information I would like receive in order to assist myself between and beyond the sessions. In extreme pain that first day and lacking sleep, I told her to share anything and everything. I'm glad I did. Anna creates a safe, nonjudgmental, and serene environment. It is the first place I have felt a sense of peace while trying to rehab my body. I feel listened to, supported, and physically aided by every session. I will continue to be a client of Anna's. I highly recommend her.”

She will educate you with stretches and exercises. She's very methodical when it comes to taking time to assess your body and listen to what you're experiencing. That information helped me be more aware and in tune with what's happening in my body. Mandi was instrumental in communicating with my doctor and my health insurance. “This was our first stay at the Cedars. Alex was an amazing host. Warm & personable but not intruding. Really made us feel welcome and at home. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was excellent. We enjoyed sitting by the fires and the decorations were precisely as they should be for Williamsburg. The other guests were lovely to chat with as well. We stayed in the Juniper room in the cottage. It was fantastic. I would say that the bed was fairly soft for my tastes, but I like a firm bed. It wasn't low quality...I just personally like more support. But we will definitely return!”

“This black owned business is a must try!!! When I tell you everything I had was delicious that’s just what it was. My lunch date had the Sweet and Sour Brisket Tacos but also had no complaints. I had the Tipsy Classic Breakfast Entree with a Pomegranate Mimosa. For lunch, I got a to go order of their Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta. I’m definitely going back when I get the first chance to. It’s located to the left of the Movie Tavern off of Richmond Road. Go support this super cute cafe guys!!! You will not be disappointed.”

We had a wonderful experience with jokes and funnies. The entrees, desserts, drinks and appetizers were just delectable. All of the menu choices are hand picked by the owners and managers specifically to ensure a great customer experience. The adult beverages were perfect, great price, right punch etc. The Tea, was great! The tap water was not filtered but I wasn’t at this restaurant for water. I definitely recommend Food for Thought for anyone interested in clean eating with a twist of mental stimuli.”
