The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. I personally wish they were open hours that are more convenient for those who work during the day (even if it's just one day a week or weekend), but their clients seem to be largely contractors, so I am sure the operating schedule is built around them. But a great enough experience to make it worth taking time off of work for!”

“We went to every mattress store in Williamsburg and this was the best place to shop! The employee that helped us was very nice. He gave us a short lesson about how The Original Mattress Factory makes their mattresses and then showed us a few mattresses he thought we would like based on what we told him we were looking for. After showing us each mattress, he would walk away and busy himself with something at his desk so that we didn't feel uncomfortable laying down on the mattresses. He was a great salesman and he knew what to do to make us feel as comfortable as possible. I don't think we will ever buy a mattress from any other store again!”

“Today was the first time that I had ever visited this location, and the store seemed to be perhaps newer. It was definitely less crowded than some of the other stores that I have visited in the DC area, and I saw a slew of employees working in the isles and they all appeared to be eager to help out customers. I came here today with the intention of purchasing a padlock. I walked out with the lock, a paint brush, a wire brush, and a tube of caulk. I could have purchased much more and I usually do, but I've learned to be prepared with a list of items that I need. My usual purchases are lumber and paint. I did ask for help from an associate to help me locate the locks. He quickly looked up the isle and location, and there they were, right where they were supposed to be. I don't live close enough to become a regular customer at this particular store, but I did want to give them a shout out!”
