“I'm an expediter delivering freight to many businesses. Recently I encountered a bad experience when I arrived at the mill in Franklin VA. I was dispatched to pick up a load in Laredo Texas to deliver to the Franklin plant, a 1700 hundred mile drive. Upon arriving the next day it was learned that the freight arrived in the wrong type of vehicle. It should have been delivered in a truck that was dock high, the receiving department had no way to safely unload the freight which weighted 2000 pounds. The customer had no recourse but to refuse the load meaning, I would have to return the load to Laredo which for me was not an option. However noticing the position I was in and how I was unhappy with the situation I was in the receiving clerk contacted the department manager Ms. Virigina Lauver, she came out and reviewed the situation and informed me that she would do everything to help get me unloaded. Collaborating with other department managers at the site and bringing over special equipment they were able to unload me without incident. Turning this bad experience into a very positive outcome Everyone the at the Franklin plant were very nice courteous and apologetic for an inconvenience that they had no fault in. “I took my 2018 Road Glide Special to Absolute for a blown head gasket and fork seals. Once Joel, Hunter and Eric got their hands on it, they started performing magic. During the tear down, Joel was in contact with me every step of the way. I was sent pictures, received phone calls and given all options up front. The crew at Absolute was more than upfront about everything. I was always allowed to come by, go back and see what was happening with my motorcycle. There was nothing to hide. I knew exactly what was happening with my motorcycle. I have owned my bike since new, and was never happy with the 107 M8 performance. These guys changed ALL of that. I left with a hot rod. Not even the same bike. I listened to the experience and findings they have with this engine, and let them run with it. There is no way I would’ve been happier with any other result. Take your bike to Absolute, talk to Joel, listen to what he’s got to say, and let him work. You will not be disappointed. “I was referred to this hospital after a really scary emergency visit where my 4-month-old kitten was diagnosed with a high fever and wet FIP. Twenty-four hours later, after numerous calls to different hospitals — all saying they couldn't help me or were booked out in advance — I was left feeling hopeless. I called as soon as they opened and was able to get in two hours later. The team here is incredible and made me feel like my kitten, Toffee, was in good hands and safe. They answered all my questions and concerns and were very knowledgeable about FIP and treatment plans. Five days later, Toffee is already doing so much better — her energy is back up, she's eating again, and her stomach has gone down quickly. If you suspect your cat has FIP, please don't hesitate to call this hospital. I promise they will do everything they can to help you.”
