“This is a really fun park! Large sand pit with digging toys, swings, slides, and other stuff. It also has a scavenger hunt on the play structure. Disney helped to build this park and there are hidden Mickey's to find. Lots of seating and walking trails. A well loved park that could use a little TLC.”

“Great little neighborhood park that offers more than others. Perfect place to get some walking steps in while kids ride around the circle path or place basketball. Pros: basketball court, circular walking path, huge grass field, walking paths to local neighborhoods, playground structure, swing set and picnic tables. Cons: no bathroom, no parking lot. Walk to this park, or park on the street in neighborhood and walk along paths to park.”

“This is another one of Kent's local gem. I wish that the garden is open year round but the planting season of April 1st through the last Sunday in October is plenty of time to plant. You are expected to do organic gardening only. You have to register early because spots do run out. It is in a locked and fenced area, therefore thereis no danger of people walking by stealing your veggies. The plots are about 20 feet by 20 feet. Water is included in the fee. Returning garderners that clears their plots of weeds and personal items as per required by community rules have the option to have the same plot again next season. They also have a small shed that contains basic tools like wheelbarrows, rakes, shovels, etc so you can get started without buying and bringing your own tools.”

“The Best Camp site! Andrew and their team are very helpful and supportive. I'm so pleased with their childcare service. My kids has the best memory ever with their first camp! They enjoy meeting new friends and play together. They love their teachers, The activities that they never forgot and keep talking about it with their friends and they definitely wanted to go back again. Thank You for having this camp so memorable for my kids!”

“This was a great access point to lake youngs loop. The lot can hold about 15 vehicles. There are no facilities. This wide gravel trail is about 9.2 miles and circumnavigates Lake Youngs, which is fenced off with no trespassing signs. It is quite flat with a few rolling hills. Some sections are more remote and wooded. Some sections travel through more populated areas with houses.”

“First time visiting this store. Walked in and all the workers we crossed path were friendly and helpful. Came in for the self dog wash and I loved it. The lady working their was very helpful and stayed 20-30 minutes after 7. I didn’t know the dog wash closed an hour early. But she was willing to wait. The dog wash has everything you need. I brought my 2 furry dogs here and it won’t be the last of seeing us. Thank you Reber Ranch.”

“This place is beautiful. A tiny, wonderful oasis. “Linden Orchard was formerly the site of an apple orchard. This beautifully landscaped park includes a large lawn, a P-Patch community garden, new fruit trees, edible landscaping, a neighborhood gathering place with benches and a picnic table, interactive features for children's play, and an extraordinarily charming tool shed.””

“Very nice pleasant park right in Des Moines. You can hike through beautiful vegetation to warm up ( not even 2 miles) and then enjoy the great view by the Sound. If the tide is low kids can enjoy little crabs and hermit crabs. Wait! They have ice cream, hot dogs and a few other snacks. You can also rent kayaks! Check availability though. The grassy area by the ice cream shop has tables and trees with a shaded area.”

“Our favorite dog park! Fully fenced, separate large dog and small dog areas, lots of space for pups to run and play. As mentioned by others: pthere's plenty of street parking (just don't use the lots reserved for nearby businesses), bring your own water, and no bathroom (the nearest public bathroom is the QFC supermarket.)”

“This is a nice .87 mile loop trail around Panther Lake. It is mostly gravel and packed clay with a few wooden bridges and a short paved section of trail. There is a large parking area and a little outhouse. It is a well protected wetland and it is an aesthetic lake, but difficult to get clear pictures due to vegetation. It is excellent to see that many native plants are obstructing the view though, great for wildlife. A cacophony of Chorus Frogs in mid March. Recommend at least one loop around this little lake.”

“Purchased a Groupon to come on a friend's birthday, one of the best tracks in the bay, some people are super competitive but just do your thing and you'll be fine. You suit up, they clearly explain the rules and you're good to go. Your legs will probably be super sore the next day unless you have calfs of steel so be prepared. Lots of fun for groups & parties.”

“Visited this park for an outdoor birthday party, in the rain. It was great! The kids rode bikes down the hills, scooters in the tennis courts, and played soccer on the field. The climbing structure is geared towards older kids and was perfect for a group of 11yo. No one cared about the rain!!”
