Other than that, there is something quite unique about this little park. I can imagine it being popular during summer. “This park is particularly one of my favorites maybe it's because I live next to it for 6 years or maybe it's because of the people that surround the area. The older crowd and the younger crowd seem to mingle just fine. There are kids of all ages that play. There's wildlife there's toys and there's tons of trails to walk down. Lots of space to throw a barbecue or a party.”

“Lattawood is a spacious little neighborhood park nestled among the houses. A walking area allows for quick laps while kids play on the playground or the halfcourt. There also a shelter for picnicking. Parking is somewhat limited, so walking to the area is encouraged. No facilities either.”
