“We went with the molcajete (a sort of stew with several grilled meats) upon the server’s suggestion and it was amazing! It’s huge, so share it between two people (or maybe even three!) We we’re really glad we went with it. My sister in law had the ultimate fajita burrito and said it was one of the top 5 best burritos she’s ever had. “Came here a little bit ago. The food was pretty good. Got a family meal for 2 people. There was easily enough food to eat comfortably there and take some home for later. The chicken was very well cooked, crispy and had good sauce. The oolong tea was also really nice. Came in a pot and just pour as you go. Over all the food was really good. Only 1 down sides are that the salt shakers were a little dirty which wasn't that big of a deal. But the inside of the restaurant is VERY nice and had nice decor.”

The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious! It is hard to choose a favorite, but the thai inspired corn soup, the salmon and eggplant, and the chocolate dessert are all top contenders. My partner got the wine pairing and was quite satisfied with the wine.”

“Edit: I’ve gone there again recently and the customer service/food quality is definitely better. I’m updating my review because I had no issues this time around! Literally all my food was burnt. When I arrived someone was there waiting and I asked her if she’d been helped so I didn’t cut her in line. She she she’d been waiting despite having the dominos tracker tell her it was ready 30 minutes ago. The man working couldn’t give her an estimated time for her food to be done and his excuse was “we have like 20 orders right now”. He then gave me mine after about 3 minutes but obviously never “quality checked” it like they say they do.”

“Quick and friendly staff, food comes out pretty quickly, and food is good. It’s hard to find good southern style diner food on the west coast. In many restaurants and cafes menu items like grits and biscuits tend to miss the mark. Glad to find this place fit the bill pretty well. Biscuits and gravy, French toast special, and scramblers were great. Service was attentive and friendly, I don’t think my coffee cup ever got less than half full before being refilled.”

“We stumbled upon this restaurant & decided to give it a try on our weekend in Port Townsend. I’m so glad we did because the food was delicious! And the lady who is owner was so friendly & accommodating with my dietary preferences. They will “ custom” make your meal if need be. I’m sensitive to soy sauce & sodium. The chef made a delicious low sodium, no soy, spicy chicken with vegetables, noodle chow mein & my husband ordered the squid in black bean sauce. He’d never eaten squid before & thought it was 1 of the best Chinese meals he’s ever had. The squid was delectable! They just opened in early 2022 & I hope they become very successful. It takes a lot of courage & big efforts to open a restaurant post pandemic ! They’re friendly, welcoming & the meal we had was a wonderful surprise to a busy day. The inside is spacious, clean , with a nice, wide open feel to it. The menu is aesthetically pleasing with photos & a variety of foods well laid out & delineated in grouping. Give them a try!”

“Very quaint hotel with beautiful artwork and a lot of character. The restaurant at the hotel was really good and we enjoyed seeing their vegetable gardens. The room was spacious and felt like a one bedroom apartment. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. However, they delivered a basket of yummy foods and juice for breakfast. It was such a nice touch. My only complaint would be the bugs. We found a spider, beetle and ants in our room. There was also a lot of cobwebs. (Sorry for the messy room pictures. I didn't think to take pictures of our room until we were getting ready to leave.)”

I got #14 The Goliath. Good, hearty fare for breakfast. It was humongous! I was only able to eat a third, took a nap and fell into a food coma instead, slept through my alarm, and missed my dental appointment as a result. 🤦🏻♀️ Worth it though. The 4 rolls we ordered were the best rolls I have ever had. I will not go ANYWHERE ELSE for sushi from now on in this area. The price was definitely better than many other places around here. It's a nice intimate and close environment that provides for great conversation and experiences. Our server Julie was very knowledgeable and very attentive. She made us laugh and heightened an already brilliant dinner. Although slightly pricey, I can say with confidence it is worth every last penny!
