“My son goes to college & lives in Oshkosh so I met him in Slinger for lunch as that's somewhere near halfway for the two of us. After lunch, I said that we'd go over to the local Piggly Wiggly & buy him some groceries before going our separate ways. Great store with good sales but the best part of our experience was the kind and helpful woman overseeing the self checkouts. Not only was she helpful, she was very kind & showed appreciation for her job & the customers. Customer service has gone downhill in recent years so it's always a breath of fresh air to receive great service these days. Your store is very lucky to have an employee like her. We were at the store on 8/11/23 & checked out at 3:26pm!! My son even said upon leaving that she was so helpful & nice. Please thank her from us for making a difference ☺️!!! Unfortunately I did not get her name.”

“My last experience with these folks was aggravating from start to finish. However, I'm giving them 5 stars because of the manager (who's name eludes me at the moment). I explained my frustration with the scheduler giving me the wrong time, to the service department not only being unable to answer my service-related questions but quoting me two vastly different prices for the same work. The manager listened to my concerns (again, I apologize that I can not recall his name), and seemed to take an interest in fixing the rampant internal communication problems. So, despite my frustrations, I have to give Heiser 5 stars solely because of that manager.”

“Twice I have had an issue with our Class A RV that has a freightliner chassis that Lakeside resolved. Last was a failed air dryer that needed to be replaced, new lines and valves. They got it diagnosed, the parts in and I was back on the road! Excellent service!! With the previous issue numerous shops couldn’t figure it out and they did right away. Highly recommend!”

Where other companies shrug their shoulders and said they could not customize my canvas the way I wanted it, the owner of this company was motivated and said he could do just about anything. This company is a little more expensive than the rest, but the end result for both of my boats were outstanding! Perfect fit, tight glass, tight canvas, functionality excellent. Making the appointment was very easy. I had called and then received a text message confirming my appointment. Nice touch! I was greeted right away when I entered the facility. The treatment made you feel good about choosing this location. I was shown physically on what needed and what did not need repair. The repair cost was stated up front and no deviation or up-sell. My repair was able to be made the same day. I imagine sum cases might not be the case. With lots of auto repair shops in town. Keep Auto Safety Center West Bend as a top tier repair shop.”

“My local place, it's a nice gas station, clean, the staff is friendly. I have only had one trip where the staff was anything but helpful, the guy at the counter(who never works the counter) was covering for a sick employee and was a little slow. Big deal, reading some of the other reviews I just shake my head. Why would you review a place you have never been in? And the guy with all the company vehicles, are they incompetent because they refused to give you a discount? That was the first thought I had while reading that review. I don't understand entitled people.”
