Dustin had the paperwork ready and the transition went smooth! My pickup broke down and within an hour I was rolling around in this brand new ride!!! I would definitely recommend DSi to anyone , if you haven't experienced DSi Rental Cars then you need to give them a call!!! “I have had to rent from here 3 separate occasions. Every single associate takes customer service to the next level! They are extremely kind, helpful, and honest. They will call you a few days in advance if per say your insurance company's coverage is about to end. They will let you know if a vehicle is ready for you to pick up. And, I unfortunately got in a pretty serious accident in one of their vehicles, and they were able to give me another the day I was let out of thee hospital. “I recently purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper S which needed some serious paint correction. Although low mileage the paint was not maintained through previous ownership of 9 years. Drive-through car washes, poor detailing jobs and paint neglect was clearly present. In an overly saturated market like LA I was a bit intimidated by the many detailing shop options to choose from, especially since most shops are focused on a select demographic/social status. I shopped around and made some calls but 405 Motoring was the only place that showed genuine interest in my 9 year old Mini Cooper. I could immediately tell that my car would be in good hands of likeminded automotive enthusiasts. After my consultation I opted for a paint correction + silver ceramic coating option. Communication and process was excellent throughout. I also took advantage of their car rental service while my Mini was being worked on. When it was time to pick up the car I was absolutely blown away, I couldn’t believe I was looking at the same car I dropped off. The paint looked hydrated and revived, seriously looks better than new. From pre-sales to post-sales I felt respected and well taken care off. “For the most part the employees were really nice. We made a reservation a week in advance, so the car was ready when we arrived. Our reservation was prepaid and there were no hidden fees for us to pay upon arrival. The man who welcomed us inside and did the paper work was friendly, but the guy outside who showed us the car didn't say much. We would have appreciated getting some basic information about the car (ex. Fuel type) before leaving, but he basically just gave us the key and sent us off. We handed the car in at MIA due to their 24/7 opening hours. This was easy and convenient, plus we were met by a VERY friendly guy who even recommended us places to visit for our remaining time in Miami. Finally we met a woman from Avis inside who was also super friendly. We left with a great impression of Avis at MIA.”
