We were driving on the turnpike and a rock hit the lower area of the driver side of the windshield and put a small hole in it. “I am a Harvard affiliate visiting from Boston for school-related trip and rented a car from this NJ location initially for about 3-4 days. During pickup visit, I was amazed and thankful for the amazing and efficient services provided by the whole team- including steps for payment, disclosure, and car selection. Habi, the manager (?) especially was extremely friendly in answering all my questions for the rental and discussing hypothetical circumstances that could arise while on a rental car. I've been renting cars since college and this was the best experience for staff encounter and pickup. I ended up extending my reservation over the phone directly with the same office location, and this too was a very pleasant experience, including a discount I received for a week-long rental and other benefits that were part of the school affiliation privileges. If I am visiting the area again- including NY, I would take the time to come back to this same location for a car rental. 5 stars to the staff!!”

“Listen I have no idea why people gave this location bad reviews but me & my wife Stephanie was just in and got a vehicle for a week. They was VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL. Gave us a free upgrade because our requested vehicle wasn't available. It was clean smelled good like a new vehicle should was on full tank. No problem at all. When returning it we was greeted and again nothing but respect. Our experience here was great. Our experience at the airport in the past was horrible. The staff was very nice (I did have to wait a little while due to them being short-staffed, but I was acknowledged several times and assured that I would be taken care of).
