“We always use Enterprise rental car every time we go long drive. I originally go Fremont ( Stevenson’s Blvd.) which they canceled my request last minute because of no availability of vehicle that we booked which is a hassle to us. I look for another location and go to San Leandro ( Republic Ave.). The guy,Armando, is very accommodating and resourceful. We originally booked for a mini van and we end up of Suburban which is more room and comfortable since we will be driving towards Pacific West.He gave us affordable rate.It was a very smooth process not that much guests/crowd unlike the Fremont one.”

We had an issue with our rental confirmation and the staff, a young man and young woman both helped us. Additionally, they went above and beyond when they found out I was there for my grandfather’s funeral they gave us a better rental at the same price and I found that to be very thoughtful. The check in process was easy along with check in. I would suggest maybe making the office area a little more inviting but I was overall happy with my experience and I will rent here again.”
