Zax appears to care about the customer experience enough to change staff in this difficult labor market! If you had bad service here previously, give them another try :-) ** Dear Zax in Saline, There are 1 of 2 staff working every time I go. I have a subscription pass. The shorter dude with long hair, who wears his cap forward, is *awesome*. He uses the little, soft sprayer first then goes around the car spraying very thoroughly before turning on the wash to pull me through. The taller, bigger dude who wears his cap backwards is the exact opposite. He doesn’t point when I’m pulling in and allows me to hit the track edge with my tire. He doesn’t touch the soft sprayer at all. He turns on the wash right away before spraying anything. He lazily sprays half my car with no attention, as I’m getting pulled forward into the wash. My car gets much less clean when this dude is working. He is doing the bare minimum at best and clearly doesn’t care about following your proper procedures. Because of this I’m thinking about just canceling and getting a pass for Zippy’s down the street. You should consider addressing this issue. Thanks. I own a business which is why I’m posting this. I would hope that someone would take the time to tell me, if the situation were reversed. The only reason this review is 3 stars instead of 1 star is because of the other guy. If not for the big man, it would be 5 stars!”

“If you have a brand new or even an old 2nd hand car, this place is perfect for you!! I was embarrassed how my car looks like, the stains are super eeewww, needs a full wash and cleaning. I brought my car here, I thought they would not accept my car and and cleaning is not the solution, hahahaha.. After then, when they called me to pick up my car, my eyes glazed, I don't even recognized that it was my car, from super dirty to super clean. All I can say to them is thank you, and thank you. For sure I will ask my friends to come back here. Highly recommended!!!”

“My car was really, really bad. I have a dog who sheds like it's her job and my entire car was covered in white hairs. My pictures will back that up. The owner Wesley was the one who came out to complete my detailing. Over the course of 5 hours, he removed every single hair and shampoo'd the carpets. He was also able to remove the month old, caked on dog drool from my door. The musty smell of the dog is gone! If you have dogs or a really dirty car and need a detailer, I would absolutely recommend Kings!”

“I use the manual wash bay here. I like that you can use a card instead of continually trying to feed quarters but not too many. I did have to wait to use the wash due to the first bay having a drainage issue and I didn't want to stand in water several inches deep.”

“The owner/manager, Fernando, has exceptional customer relations skills. I shared with him a concern that I had about an employee whom I believed that been dishonest. First, he apologized. (Good start.) Second, he politely asked for details and then diplomatically shared information that changed my perspective on what had occurred. Third, even though I may have been wrong, he remedied the "error," and then provided coupons for a free deli meal, coffee, and ice cream. He was incredibly nice. Well done, sir!”

“I did ceramic coating for my new Tesla model Y with Dream car Detailerz and I can confidently say they did an amazing job. Professional, meticulous, patient and sincere to the job. Took extensive effort to make everything they did to be perfect. Took almost 4 hrs to complete the entire process with exterior and interior detailing, exterior polishing and ceramic coat for entire exterior including windows. “It would take me two hours to do what these guys can do in 30 minutes. The service was quick and friendly. There’s a small up charge for SUVs ($4) but I get it because that’s the reason I went somewhere instead of doing it myself. Give their basic option #1 a try and you won’t be disappointed. You can run it through a car wash machine $10 at a gas station or you can pay $20 here to get it extremely detailed. I chose option 2.”
