The above was how I felt before contacting Mr Cobb. I will say that had I not contacted him, my product might still not have been made. He told me something went wrong and it should have been made long before it actually was. However since then, he has gone out of his way to make amends for the confusion. My five stars are for his efforts. I really don't know if the product is good yet, because USPS said it would not me delivered until Aug 13. Therefore I wasn't anticipating it on the 11th. It was delivered to a post box, not into my hands yet. I will retrieve it on the 13th. Then, I will be able to evaluate how good it is. Thank you Mr. Cobb.”
