“Dr. Dan is AMAZING! I had a free consultation for tennis elbow, based upon the recommendation of a friend. He quickly diagnosed the issue, treated it and gave me exercises to do at home. I was so impressed with his approach that I scheduled a full visit the following week. The tennis elbow has been resolved but I continue to see Dr. Dan, working on long-term aches and pains, that I had just accepted as part of aging. If you have gone to physical therapy before, this is completely different. While Dr. Dan gives you physical therapy exercises to do at home, he uses the time to treat with dry needling, cupping, graston, etc. I previously did two separate rounds of physical therapy on my shoulder and experienced some modest relief. Working with Dr. Dan, I have made significant progress and at times, I am completely pain free! If you're experiencing an issue, give Dr. Dan (or anyone at InstaCare) a try. It has been a game changer for me.”

“Recovia is an excellent place for overall physical therapy and behavioral health therapy. It is an intense active care facility 6-8 weeks in length and also has supportive care afterwards to continue the routine. I would recommend Recovia to anyone asking for substance, behavioral or physical therapy help. I had no conceived idea what expect but from my initial counseling I felt welcomed and encouraged to try their active care program. If you're looking for a warm and caring environment, this is the place. Their facility allows you lockers, coffee and tea, along with water. They try and have you participate in daily activities based on a monthly calendar. I was able to share my pet photo, get a temporary tattoo, dress in Hawaiian style, patriotic for July 4th, have bomb pops, gummy worms, chocolate cookies and much more. They make you feel part of the family. Give them a try, I don't think you would be disappointed.”
