“To fix a recurring flooding problem with our backyard patio, Troy Kelius dug a 200-foot-long trench from the patio to the front street and installed in it a catch basin and perfectly pitched 4-inch PVC pipe to carry away excess rain water via gravity. To minimize lawn damage, Troy used relatively light machinery and even hand tools. The clean up was thorough and complete, including a generous amount of grass seed and straw on the lawn "scar." He did all this himself in less than 3 days and at a price more than reasonable. Not only is Troy amazingly competent, thoroughly professional, and unquestionably honest, he is also a very nice person: always prepared to listen, willing to explain, and just a pleasure to talk with. We cannot recommend Troy Kelius highly enough.”

“When I called Conan’s Drain Cleaning, he was able to come over the same day to unclog our kitchen sink. His work was very efficient and thorough, and the drain was cleaned out in no time. Conan saw the drain pipe was loose and added a strap for stability. He also left a cleaning product we could use to keep the grease buildup at bay, at no extra charge. There was a phone call and text message as to when he would arrive, a billing invoice and payment receipt sent to my email while he was still there, and a follow up thank you for my business. “We had a hot water heater leak in the garage and requested three estimates. Mulhearn plumbing provided the best price and expertise for our needs and we are very happy with their work. In addition, they were local to our area and were familiar with the configuration of our system. This ended up saving us a lot of time and money as they suggested that we could peek into the platform that the water heater sat on through the adjacent furnace to assess the scope of the leak. Other plumbers outside the area wanted a separate restoration company to come to make that assessment, all the while the water heater was dripping away. They came on the day we requested and we had hot water again with no leaks within 2 and a half hours. We will definitely come back to them for any future plumbing needs.”

It was a tremendous plumbing undertaking to repair our outside sewer line, and I've never seen such a hardworking, kind, and respectful crew; thank you Marco! (They even added a couple of driveway sewer clean-out valves at no extra charge). The final cement work was perfect and the whole crew came out the last day to make sure everything was completed and cleaned up (I really felt like they cared about us).
