Hayleeann( leasing agent) was so attentive and quick to respond with all and any questions, even recommending places to check out in the area. -great pool area and clubhouse, gym - amenities included are amazing- with comfortable poolside seating. - large dog run with real grass. Most residents have dogs and everyone is friendly! - staff responsive with internal requests for service or questions. -maintenance request submitted through app ( quick response always) -plenty of parking and attached garages -night garbage valet - picked up from your doorstep! “I just moved here from California in January and the apartments and staff are wonderful. Ari the leasing agent is very nice and helpful. Brooklyn, the manager is truly amazing. Her follow through is great. You don't have to tell her something twice. Her customer service skills are amazing as well. I have a property management background, so I know what makes a great staff. The maintenance staff: Steve and Jose are very knowledgeable and fix things that same day or the next day. Now, to the apartments themselves. They are very spacious and come with ginormous patios/balconies. I have never seen balconies this large in California. Overall, very pleased with everything.”
