“The gentlemen at Palm Construction and Roofing just finished an extensive remodel on our home, new sub-floors and flooring, new bathrooms, put in a hall closet, etc and they did an amazing job! It took 3 weeks to do it all and they worked their tails off and did fine quality work. The price they quoted us ended up being thousands over what we ended up paying! They have more than fair prices and they were considerate and always professional. They made it as easy on us as they could and were friendly and easy going. No cussing, loud music and other shenanigans you get with some contractors. They were even friendly to our obnoxious little fur babies who barked at them every chance they got. “Here's our journey with Gateway Contractors. On Dec.23rd of 2022 we had water on our ceiling and called Gateway contractors. The owner, Josh, answered the phone from his hospital bed and he sent out Jake to inspect it on Dec.26th (what dedication!). Jake was very professional and knowledgeable. Jake inspected our roof and finding damage, helped us through navigating insurance claims process. Our roof and gutters were replaced in mid-March of 2023. They did a great job! Any time I had questions I would call Josh and he would always answer or get back to me very quickly. But... our journey with Gateway was not done. Now we move on to mid-April of 2023, just 30 days after the roof was replaced and we had a severe hail storm (just our luck, right?). I called Josh the next day and said "I think you need to come check my roof." He came out 4 days later and checked the roof for me. He was shocked and amazed that 30 days later they were going to have to do the roof again! Between wind and hail, the roof had damage over 50% of the area (note: multiple neighborhoods around us were declared in a severe storm disaster area and everyone sustained damage). Gateway handled insurance claims for us again as we worked through windows, roof, gutters and other damage. They were fantastic and made sure we were happy throughout. I would definitely use them again (I hope not soon! :) ), and will recommend them to family and friends. Josh, Jake and Kayla were always friendly and great to work with.”

Luke and Josh started the process off and let us know they thought we could get full replacement for both the roof and the siding. Dusten took over from there and handled all communication with our insurance company. It was a LONG process and I’m sure it was a huge headache for them to keep going back and forth but in the end they were right! We got approved for full replacements and our house looks amazing now. The roofing and siding crews were so quick and thorough and cleaned up after themselves very well. Our house looks like a totally different place now and we couldn’t be happier! “The crew worked long and hard on prepping my poor old house for its final illustrious paint job. I had seen KandS, Jamie's crew's work, around the historical district in Ashland. I like every house he has done. They are all unique and pretty. He gave me a fair price estimate and a friendly, detailed description of the job. The crew started with scraping and blasting, and scraping some more. There are various challenging detailed spots here and there on my house. 75% of the soffits and siding shingles were crumbling and deteriorating. They labored long and hard to make them as smooth and nice as possible. They made sure to conserve the original character, and it has been a long time coming. That's one of the things I like about Jamie. He appreciates unique old houses that deserve to be restored. Jamie was patient with my color change choices, and accommodated my changing moods. The crew was very polite and respectful to me, they did little extras that I requested. My house is so pretty! It's a lovely, lively rejuvenated and revived old antique house that needed love and care and attention. I'm pretty happy!”
