“How great it is to finally get a contractor with real integrity. We contacted Chris at Centerline roofing after we suffered hail damage to our roof, he arrived promptly and on time. After the regular paperwork from insurance was done and approved Chis came by and explained everything that would be done and how. He explained that some of the work that was going to be done was mandated by code. He explained the contract in detail and was very honest about how it all worked as well. After he ordered the materials and had them delivered his crew started the work one week later. His crew reroofed the house and three out buildings in one day. His crew worked together like a well oiled machine and the work was done correctly as well as quickly. After the roofs were completed his crew walked around the buildings several times and cleaned up every piece of debris and made sure that all nails were picked up. Before the crew left Chris himself walked around the buildings and ensured that the job was done correctly as well as aesthetically, he also looked for any small piece of trash that was hidden in the landscaping. Again, if you need a roofing contractor with genuine integrity Chris at Centerline roofing is the person to call.”

“I got so lucky with CTC roofing. We recently bought a house and the homeowner's insurance we have did everything in their power to make our lives difficult. (They wanted us to get a new roof! Our roof is only 3-4 years old and came up clean on our four-point inspection! That's a review for another time though.) Toni must be the single most patient person in the world, as well as incredibly knowledgeable. She was able to help me get all the crazy documentation that the insurance was requesting (I needed an extension on them dropping us, it's hurricane/rainy season right now) as well as talk me through different options and price points on how we may appease them. In the end, CTC repaired some roof tiles, and from the pictures (I'm not climbing up there!) it looks good as new! Overall, incredible experience. Highly recommend.”

“Cafo is not only a European master tradesmen, he is a Gentleman Tradesmen. Yes, I just made that up. My experience with C.A.D. Roofing has been the best I have ever had, to date, with a member of the trades. As a woman with a background in building science, far too many of my experiences with tradespeople that are men have been assuming my ignorance, being condescended to, being cut off and spoken over, and, sadly, receiving estimates from those that I have learned should not be in construction at all due to their lack of knowledge and often combined with an ingrained work culture to just get it done fast, instead of get it done right. Cafo is different. He was on time to the estimate, he was highly respectful, he was friendly, he was knowledgeable, he listened to me and even apologized for accidently cutting me off at one point, and it is highly apparent that he truly loves what he does. While he had an employee accompany him, HE climbed my roof himself to inspect and came back to me with an honest assessment and quote on the spot. Since I had already received quotes from other roofers and experienced their - less than desirable - service, I knew I had found who I was looking for to care for my hundred year old gorgeous slate roof that I was blessed to finally find in my new home. He got the job. They were on time to the job, they did excellent work, they cleaned up, he even came down to tell me he noticed there was a minor issue with the flashing on our chimney that he had not noticed and so he replaced it all with brand new flashing FOR FREE. I am confident that anyone learning under him is getting the knowledge needed to do quality work in a country where that is few and far between these days. One day he will need to retire, much earned and deserved, and I will hire anyone he decides is the person to take his place.”

“Dakota and Austin came to our home to inspect our roof. They were knowledgeable and thorough. They were professional and answered all our questions. They also had samples of all their products and gave us a good explanation of their process. Overall, an excellent experience. They started the roofing installation the following week with a crew of 14 men. They were very well organized and worked diligently all day to finish the large roof on our home and a 2nd garage on our property. They protected all our landscaping and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. The head of the project was very friendly and explained everything that was going on. We are very happy with the results. The office crew were also incredible. Amanda and Stephanie and several others were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicated with us regularly. Shane, the project manager, came to the site and spent a good amount of time overseeing the work. He is coming today to do the final inspection. While replacing the roof, one of the guys noticed some water was getting behind the siding. He took the siding off and replaced the damaged wood behind it, then patched it all up. True professionals!
