“Believe me, both my mother in law and my mother have spent many years in several different nursing homes in Nebraska and Missouri and Hillcrest Shadow Lake is the best by far. Management is very friendly and they keep my wife and I apprised of all situations. The nursing staff really cares and takes good care of my relatives. All nursing homes have issues but Hillcrest overcomes these issues and is the cleanest and have the most competent staff of any home I’ve ever dealt with to this day”

“Wow, I wish I knew about this place when I moved into a new home! All the furniture was high quality and they had an impressive home decor selection. The employees were very nice and the whole warehouse was very clean. They put a lot of effort into this place and it's so worth a visit if you're trying to decorate your home or just looking for something new for your home. Definitely give this place a shot. I was very impressed. I even got this Colfax pillow for my guest house. They had an arrangement of different pillows with different town names on them ❤️”

“Very nice campus, staff here was very friendly. Had to come here to take a Pearson vue proctored exam. All areas I saw were very clean and neat. Testing area was quiter than and much nicer than the trailer in picayune. Only one glaring problem here there is absolutely no parking. There's like 4 spots for admin and the rest are campus police... Everyone else parks over the curb which is bizarre”

Had been given a connection to LazyDaze Tulsa; Claremore OK. from manufacturer of Sealant which applied their product before being bought out by Ron Hoover of Tulsa; Claremore. Took a while , but finally made connections with Management in Sales & Service. Once they became away of our situation...they made the decision to "Take Care of a Customer"....even though we weren't a " Ron Hoover Tulsa Customer!" Service Manager returned our message, let us know they had left over product needed with applicators for applying it to our coach and because of the challenges getting to this point , would be "Pleased" to take care of Our need for "Reapplication" of Our needed product to help meet the warranty. I want to say a big "thank you" to Keith (sales/coordinator), and the owner of Painting Technologies. You did an OUTSTANDING JOB explaining the entire process. To be clear and upfront to anyone looking at getting their basement floors finished with epoxy, this process is not something that you want “Billy Bob’s” painting service doing if you’re trying to save money. The process involved getting an 800-pound floor scrubber (Zamboni) down our basement stairs, and mixing various chemicals to create the look we wanted. The chemicals smell horrible. If you don’t know what you're doing, there is the potential for an explosion or toxic fumes. Keith was very through in explaining to us people who have attempted to do the epoxy themselves to “save money.” The result is, it often looks terrible, and ends up costing more in the end. The best advice I can give to anyone considering this…. You’re paying for a skill you lack knowledge of (and keep that in mind). Every person that sees our basement floor says the same thing, “Wow! Who did your floors?” That’s how you know they did a great job! Thank you!”

However I wanted the lettering on the cake to be a different color and I tried to let the bakery know through email and phone calls, but I was never able to communicate that.
