“I spent the last few months researching on what car to get next. After owning a Subaru STI, I wanted something sporty but convenient enough to tow around my 2 kids. My family and I went in on a Saturday afternoon after practically being turned away from another BMW dealership up the street that I won't name (rhymes with Herman Pokes), and we were immediately greeted by a friendly receptionist who assigned us to salesman Matt Suarez. First it was M440i VS M340i, then it was M340i vs 330i w/ M performance. I was very indecisive, but Matt was so kind and patient with me and willingly presented me with all options that fit my criteria-- including driving the vehicles over himself from across the street. After deciding on my vehicle, he was very swift on getting us to financing and even they were so cooperative and didn't pressure me into anything I felt uncomfortable with. Although it was a fairly busy Saturday afternoon, I was still able to drive off the lot in broad daylight so I'm also extremely happy about the process not taking forever. I've been in many dealerships and have been through the ringer multiple times, and I have to say that this was the best dealership I've done business with. Other BMW dealerships in the area should definitely take notes.”
