“After some trouble with my HMO I went via the internet to look for a badly needed doctor for an ear infection. Thank God I found Dr. Bikhazi. He took me in, wait time was minimal. Flushed out my ear, and placed me on both oral and ear drop antibiotics, I will continue to do as he suggests and will keep going to him until this problem is taken care of. I have not felt this confident in a physician in many, many years. I might add that after a visit with "my primary" care doctor who did nothing but drop peroxide into my ear causing a whole lot of pain, no antibiotic to help fight the infection and with no referral. I called the HMO and was told I could not see a spec. unless I got authorization, which would take somewhere up to two months. You can be sure we are in the process of disenrolling in this HMO and will take back our medicare. Long story short. Dr. Bikhazi is wonderful, and his staff the same.”
