“I contacted Tom on a Tuesday to inquire about installing a key lock on a sliding glass door, and he quickly responded. I sent him photos of the original door handle, and he was able to contact a supplier and find a replacement handle. Upon acceptance of his reasonable quote, he ordered the part then contacted me as soon as it came in to schedule a time to install it. He arrived on Monday morning as planned and was so kind. The entire process took a week (this was not an urgent situation) from my inquiry to the installation. FYI - he also installs smart locks, car key replacements, etc. I would definitely call him again!”
