“Small, but fun experience learning a bit about the history of the Martinelli’s company and getting to taste various flavors of ciders. The signs on the history displays are very well done, though I wish they had more information about the machinery that is there. There is also a video playing that shows the historic and modern production processes. The tasting bar was particularly fun and the staff was kind and helpful! Keep in mind, you’re only permitted to taste three types. The store had a good variety of ciders and juices but also fun memorabilia and clothes. The silver contraption they sell as a bottle opener and capper was particularly intriguing.”

“Santa Cruz Bay Company is a souvenir shop in Santa Cruz located right on the pier. There are many shops around but this was the only shop that had reasonable prices. Well, I can’t exactly say that because the prices are crazy high but they did have a nice beach sweater on sale so I bought 2. The customer service was nice, the young lady was nice to give us more info of things to do. If you’ve never been walk further down the pier and watch the SEALS!!”

Lots of great gift options - - handmade jewelry, candles, hand/body creams, baby gifts, greeting cards and more! I am impressed at uniqueness & quality of each item there. I wish now that I asked her name (I was too distracted by my new goodies) - but the lovely woman who assisted us was was also so friendly & helpful. I had to throw away because I am disabled and was not ablw to walk all the way down and back up again. I was very frustrated. Other than that the guy at the front desk was nice. “Thank you Owners for a great time at Ansel's Beach House! We loved the location and took advantage of the Farmer's Market across the way, an excellent Italian Restaurant for dinner that was a very short walk - and of course the ocean! This house is a blcok from a beautiful beach called Sunny Cove, which is a perfect name for this sweet spot. The sand is soft, people are friendly in this nice neighborhood and the water is FUN! Once we were brave and jumped in from the point, and another visit we saw a whale linger as it passed by this cove. I highly recommend this Beach House and hope to return!”

“I had a fabulous stay at Bungalow341 this March. Bungalow341 is a quintessential 1920'S Santa Cruz beach bungalow at Pleasure Pont. The owners have maintained the charm of a classic "beach bungalo" with modern upgrades and nicely appointed touches to the interior as well as the exterior. We enjoyed evenings around the fire pit on the front pourch as well as time spent in the hot tub in the back yard. Loved the gas BBQ for the evening grill and many mordern appliances to make cooking just like home or if we felt like eatng out there were several restaurant close by and within walking distance. The beach is just steps away. Perfect Pleaure Point Santa Cruz expierence, can't wait to go back!”
