In it came with 2 large bone in shanks which were tender and delicious! It wasn’t spicy but it was very flavorful. I added chili oil to spice it up. Next time I’ll just order it spicy. I was really impressed with this place. Def going back there for more!”

“This place is adorable. Highly recommend making a reservation for a spot. It is Located inside the Sherman library and gardens and admission is $5. But once you are inside you can wander and look at all the plants before your reservation. They have both outdoor seating and indoor seating out in the garden. We sat outside and really enjoyed the beautiful scenery. For drinks we started with garden punch (non Alcoholic) and the bird of paradise. Both were very refreshing after our walk around the garden. We of course had to get the biscuits and they were very flavorful and the whipped butter and their citrus infused honey paired really nicely. I had the salmon and it was perfectly cooked with a roasted assortment of summer veg and basil mashed potatoes. My husbands lamb shank fell of the bone and the sauce was very flavorful. For dessert we split the strawberry pavlova and it was really balanced. Parking is available on the street and there is also a parking lot right next to it. Can’t wait to go back. They also offer a tea set which I can’t wait to try!”

I definitely get my moneysworth. They don't flake on the meat or toppings. Plenty of guacomole. I usually get a side of chips to dig into the bowl, and it's a filling combination, which is saying something - I have an appetite working 12 hr days. At least a dozen salsas to choose from. Several meat options. Wide variety of drinks to but I'm stuck on the horchata. I get it to go most of the time, and it's still hot when I reach my destination. Even the chips are still warm. The place is definitely worth a shot.”

“Came here for lunch at around 1pm and there was no wait for a seat so that was great. We ordered the House Special Fried Noodle w/ Fried Boiled Pork Knife Cut Style (15.50), Wife Special Noodle (15.50), Special Beef Noodle Soup spicy (16.99), and Green Onion Pancake (7.99). As our first time here, we ordered quite a lot for only 3 people after seeing how delicious they looked in the menu. The food was served one after another in about 20 minutes. The beef noodles was served last. All the dishes were good but my favorite was the knife cut noodles and the wife noodles. The knife cut noodles had a unique flavor but did get a bit greasy as it sat there longer while we ate the other dishes. The wife noodles tasted more like tomatoes but it was pretty good. All the noodles had good texture and were flavorful but not salty. The beef noodles tasted just average for being the most expensive dish. Note that it said it is spicy but it wasn't spicy at all. As for the green onion pancake, it was crispy and authentic tasting. The portions for all of them were all reasonable for the price. They were quite generous with the amount of meat for the dishes. I did not really like the texture of the beef in the noodle soup though. Also lots of noodles! We had leftovers to take home at the end even though we tried to eat as much as we could. This noodle place overall feels authentic and homey. The service is great and I believe it is family run. I can see how they have been opened for so long. I would definitely come back again for lunch or takeout! Support small businesses!”
