“Skylandia is a great park and beach along the north shore of Lake Tahoe. There is a main area with a pier that allows for 2-3 groups deep in the sand, while the portion further west is narrower. There were folks swimming along the entire beach section, paddle boarding, and jumping from the pier. There is parking in the nearby neighborhood streets, and it is roughly ten minutes walking down to the beach. There are stairs, so it is not (easily) handicap accessible. There were several police offers nearby, but this was Saturday of a holiday weekend in July. Great spot!”

“I had to sell my dad’s house after he died which was a very difficult and sad decision to make because he loved his home and lived there for many years. He constantly kept me informed every step of the way. Had lots of patience explaining every detail and even went out of his way to make sure things that were needed were done. For example, I live an hour away and work full time, I needed to install a few lights and fire alarms, Eddie actually went to Home Depot bought and installed the items himself. This is just one example of many things he did to assure the house was up to code and ready to sell. He worked around the clock and even while on vacation to make sure everything was done right. He explained every document to me and gave me advice to benefit me not his business. The house was sold really fast and most importantly to a family that fell in love with my dads home.
