“Do not look further! Schwartz Roofing is the place for all of your roofing needs! Everyone has been so helpful and timely. My insurance sent me a "love note" that stated I needed a new roof and I wasn't being renewed. With this lovely news, I sought numerous quotes. Schwartz was not only a fair price, but they didn't have additional fees for rotted wood or other issues unlike the other companies. This is helpful. Especially for someone on a budget. I'm also not a fan of surprises...I would be super unhappy going with another company that had a "low" price only to find out it surpassed all the other quotes due to "other" repairs. Sandra Schwartz was amazing about helping me through the paperwork and calming my nerves about getting everything done for insurance (the insurance bit has sent me over the ledge - it's been great having her in my corner!). She even wrote a letter that I sent to them to verify I'm having my roof replaced. She was also patient with me as I explored the shingle options and asked one hundred questions in the blazing hot Sun outside their office. She's been super sweet about answering my crazy emails too. They also took out my skylights when I first purchased my home. They had the best quote and did it within a week!!! They also matched my current shingles!!! Schwartz is a company involved in our community. They support the teachers of Charlotte County (and also participate in the new teacher welcome celebrations). I appreciate that they give back. “Neat spot to walk through. Recommend going in the morning when the sun isn’t so hot! Loved the packing house views and the little church. Also liked the building with the shell wall. We wished there was more of those types of things to read and see out of the heat. Super interesting. The butterfly house was cool, but I don’t like things landing on me, so it was a quick run through for me. For $20, it’s a neat activity to do with your family or friends. Online tickets were easy to order, although there is no discount for purchasing them this way.”

“When I reached out to J Kindred about doing wedding hair and makeup for my mother, my bridesmaids, and myself (7 total), I immediately knew they were the right fit. They offered to close down the entire salon for us for the day of our wedding, coordinated THE BEST hair and makeup artists (we love you, Erin and Christina!), and let us know we were welcome to bring mimosas, snacks, and whatever else we might need as we take over the salon for the day. The day of, Erin and Christina worked their magic bringing each lady’s unique vision to life. They were an absolute blast to hang out with, and they paid such attention to detail not only to our hair and makeup, but also to ensuring we made ourselves at home. Erin even picked out special pearl bobby pins for my hair that got compliments all night, and Christina made sure my mimosa was never empty as she gave me the ultimate glow up makeup! It was such a weight off of my shoulders to know that I could dance my heart out all night and not have to worry about my hair falling out or my makeup running. In fact, my hair made it through a full day of photos, hours on the dance floor, a rainstorm dance party, and a swim in the ocean without coming undone. Kudos to you, ladies! They close at 4 the service on weekdays and 6.30 on weekends. But you can stay at the beach. Prices are affordable and the food is very tasty. Also very good service!”

“The staff at both Advent Altamonte Hospital imaging departments are the Best ! I’ve been there for the usual mammograms over the years, and recently, for spine scans & a biopsy. The technical staff are excellent, especially the biopsy team & team Doctor. They explained everything up front and as we went along; Kind, comforting, encouraging, understanding and skilled. They made, what would seem to be an unavoidably dreadful procedure, a calm, relatively comfortable and surprisingly fast procedure. Amazing. As a teacher of 16 years who worked with children with special needs, and a parent of children with speech delays, apraxia of speech and auditory processing disorder, I can tell you that All Star Speech is by far the most child centered, effective and nurturing environment I could have ever asked for. They understand the behavioral challenges of children who have struggled with speech and other delays and they are well prepared to handle whatever comes their way. They treat my children with kindness and understanding all while challenging them, facilitating growth and pushing them towards progress. Vicky has the patience and calmness of a saint, Melissa does a great job helping parents understand what they can do to help their children and Liz has a way of helping kids without them even realizing that that’s what she is doing. The growth I have seen in my two children is nothing short of astonishing. My previously non-verbal child LOVES going to speech and practicing new sounds and “playing” games, all the while he is making progress towards being verbal. He had some serious behavioral challenges when we first came a year and a half ago, and his speech therapist never gave up on him. She worked through the problems with him and consulted with his occupational therapist who also works onsite, and now my son happily goes to speech every week. As a parent, I can tell you that I know my children are safe and actively learning while they are at All Star Speech. I am so thankful to have found them because without them I highly doubt my children would have made such progress. If you are looking for a place that will truly help your child, I highly suggest looking into All Star Speech. If you are looking for an occupational therapist Desire who runs Wonder Kids at the same location, is one of a kind. She took my son on and has worked to help him start writing and so much more. He went from nothing but scribbles to being able to write most of his alphabet, sorting like a pro and most importantly she works with him on his sensory regulation. He went from not being able to sit and focus for more than 2 minutes to being able to sit and focus for periods of time up to 30 minutes! She has even helped me learn ways to help him, help himself and I’m an ESE teacher! She is simply the most amazing occupational therapist I have ever seen. She does not shy away from a challenge and I can tell you that when I first brought my son to her, it was truly a challenge. She has done an amazing job. My only regret is that I didn’t take him to her sooner. I even recommended her to my neighbors who have since started bringing their daughter to her and the growth is amazing! Long story short, if you have child who needs speech and/or OT, this is the place you want to take them. The collaborative efforts of both speech and OT have been a game changer for my son and the changes I see in him are nothing short of a miracle.”
