“Loved our experience out here! My dad and I came out here years ago and enjoyed it when it was Pic-a-Spot, and now that we have been able to come again we're more than pleased! The service was great, the atmosphere was friendly and quiet. There is an ice cooler with bagged ice, and our firewood, at five dollars a wheelbarrow load, was bright to the campsite for us instead of us having to haul it. There is a playground of good size and location in the park, so I'd feel fine letting my niece walk there on her own. Best of all, they're pet-friendly for no extra charge!”

“Nice little beach. I'm sure it would get super packed on the weekend but wasn't bad during the week. They had a little sore. Volleyball net and basketball hoop in the water. This park is not dog friendly and has portable toilets.”

There are turkeys everywhere, but when the conditions are terrible and there are no turkeys anywhere (rain and wind), Dave and his guides will bring them to you anyway! “Hell's Point Challenge completed! (Twice so far... 2.25 hrs) great park, friendly staff, the ideal state park in beautiful Indiana. Nature Center has a brief but awesome exhibit on its history.... there's a glacier lake beach, plenty of trails, dogs are welcome! Very clean campgrounds. There is a Camp Store, too! Where you can buy essential foods and firewood and toys and souveniers.”

“I absolutely love this place! My dog and I hike there almost every day! Sad to be moving soon but this hiking place is amazing. It has some arrows to follow but they are brown and hard to see so the community has painted blue marks on the trees so you can follow the trail. The whole trail loops around. At times it does get muddy when it rains so wear the right gear. Also, there is a small creek that mg dog loves to play at. It is not very well known so not a lot of people there. Very private and quiet place. It’s a short hike but we loop around multiple times.”

“I had a blast at this park. The equipment although old, was still fun to play on. the only con is it's all metal so it gets hot. They have slides, jungle Jim's, swings, a Merry go round, and see saws. The gravel was a little difficult to walk around on. I thoroughly enjoyed walking on the memorial trail. Beautiful flowers and trees. The geese didn't seem to like us, and one tried to charge my friend but we laughed it off. Not too crowded and the restroom was clean and stocked up. I will be going back. And I would recommend this park to family and friends!”
