“Oh my goodness!! Where do I begin?!? Chateau Bourbon is a must! From the very beginning to the very end of our stay, we were treated with the ultimate care! Due to the storm, we were arriving a few hours early and there was no hesitation in allowing us early check-in. Happy Hour was fun and delicious. Breakfast was beyond amazing- it was our birthday and we were treated to the yummiest candlelit waffles with the birthday song. Our room was so comfortable- we did not want to leave! Norton Commons is an amazing spot with many restaurants within walking distance of beautiful Chateau Bourbon. If you are a Bourbon lover, this is the spot for you! We will be back!!”

“We had a good but short stay here after a late night arrival. Check in was quick and the desk attendant was nice. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. The hotel is showing it’s age a little and we did hear some loud yelling from nearby. Everything in our room was clean although the toilet was slow to flush at times.”

Our prior dentist(s) could never compare to the excellent work administered by Dr. Patty Thompson and her staff; extremely professional and experts!!! When ever any family member, especially children, have issues, each member has been seen the day a call was placed, mentioning our concern. We have had no issues with insurance. The practice has always promptly reported/filed our paperwork to insurance company. It should be stressed that it is the patient's responsibility to have direct contact with their insurance company prior to any medical procedure to determine if his/her procedure and doctor are accepted. My family has never had an issue!!!!! I can only recommend this dentist to anyone in driving distance.”

“Highly recommend. The owner and staff went above and beyond to create exactly what was ordered. I'm out of state so you never know if what you ordered was actually delivered. The owner called explaining they didn't have a certain greenery and was it ok to substitute for another. And then sent a picture of the final arrangement for approval prior to delivery! You just do not receive that kind of service anymore!! THANK YOU!!! Recipients loved the arrangement and the "forever" container. Highly recommend!!”

“I rated Steeler’s run a four overall. The staff definitely rated a five and are willing to go out of their way to accommodate guests. The room is a five for what it is. The house is old with old amenities, but that is part of the charm of the place. The pool was in okay shape and about what you would expect for the age of the b&b. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Another review noted they were only served cereal. Not sure if that was from when they first opened or what, but we had biscuits and gravy, as well as, eggs to order. Bottom line if you are looking for a five star hotel this is not it. The place has a few quirks. There are farm cats running around that hang out on the porch. The pool wasn’t pristine. However, if I am in the area again I would purposely try to stay here again. My wife and I had a great time and met great people and the overall price was definitely fair. If your in the area and I would recommend giving it a shot.”

They were just really busy, poor lady behind the desk was on a phone call that seemed to be a bit difficult she smiled and took it with grace. Hotel was very clean. The morning staff were also very friendly. Very reasonable rates. They also have an indoor heated pool. We signed up for their rewards program. Will definitely stay again.”
