“The service at this office deserves 5 stars, but Beltone’s hearing aids, at least mine, don’t. The office is sending one of my aids in to get it worked on, after sending the other one in a couple of months ago. I do have a loaner pair this time. These are a newer model than mine and a version of higher quality. In the 2-3 hours that I’ve had them, it already appears that they are much better. I am sure that they do that hoping people will upgrade after the loan.”

“We love finding new, smaller diners to eat at. Our travels took us through Siler City, NC a week ago where we had the pleasure of finding the Crossroads Grill. They serve classic diner food - burgers, fries, dogs, etc. Their burgers were awesome, my wife's BLT was amazing - but the onion rings were incredible. Service at the window, where one orders your food,, was very friendly. We had a great conversation with the lady at the window (if she reads this, we're the people from Minnesota!) who took great care of us. Their drive-thru is very popular but to use it was best dining at a picnic table in the tent. It gives you a sense of dining inside along with a feel of eating outside at the same time. It's better than a car anytime. If you're like us, people who travel a lot and use Google Maps to find those fun and interesting places to eat, Crossroads Grill is your next must-stop diner. You won't be sorry, we promise.”

“Hole in the wall(of a gas station) diner. It is not named Tina's country kitchen though. It's Abel's grill. Unless they have renamed the diner in the past week. EXCELLENT FOOD! FAST SERVICE! STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY! AND THE PRICES ARE GREAT FOR WHAT YOU GET. My personal suggestion is the chorizo burrito at breakfast with a cup of their hot sauce. And a side of potatoes. Our tour guide, Michale, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local wildlife, history, and ecology of the area, and shared fascinating stories as we paddled along. His friendly, easygoing nature made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. One of the highlights was when Michale offered to take photos of my brother and me while we were out on the water — such a thoughtful touch that let us focus on enjoying the moment without worrying about capturing it ourselves. “Wow! What a great orthodontic office! We were referred here by our family dentist and we could not be happier with our experience! I was greeted by a friendly receptionist when I called to schedule the appointment and was able to be seen in a very timely manner. I was greeted by another friendly receptionist when I arrived with my kiddos and checked in. The office is very clean, bright and open. What first struck me as impressive and rare is the eye contact. Everyone makes eye contact and introduces themselves! Everyone is so personable and professional and efficient. I was there for a consultation but was treated as though I was a long time patient. Staff stopped by to introduce themselves; even the first receptionist whom I spoke to on the phone. She even remembered small but important details just from our brief conversation. Another thing I really appreciated was the thoroughness and attention to detail. Every step was explained in a clear way. My son knew what to expect and where I would be and what was going on. They talked to him just like they talked to me and I greatly appreciated that...so did he! Baby sis was in tow and she was made over and included too! The sweet young lady who took x rays and pictures for the evaluation was precise, knowledgeable and professional while maintaining a friendly and personable interaction. The evaluation screen for when the doctor came in was set up professionally and clear for us to view and see. Dr. Leonardo Koerich had already stopped by our room to introduce himself while we were being evaluated and was just as friendly and professional when he came in for the consultation. He is very knowledgeable and I greatly appreciated his evaluation and his approach with our dental needs. We will 100% be back and I will not hesitate to go to him should we have any other orthodontic needs with any member of my family. My son enjoyed the reward system and I thought it was fun and tastefully done! I am quite particular when it comes to doctors and doctor offices in the health/medical/dental field and do not give recommendations lightly. I am happy to absolutely recommend Koerich Orthodontics!
