“They have updated the rooms. For the price that they're asking it is above standard compared to what is I've seen on that side of town. No roaches. Refrigerator, microwave, flat screen television, comfortable bed. Most bathrooms are equipped with shower only. They do have some with a nice sized step up tub. It's usually pretty quiet. They also offer weekly rates. I'm a regular customer when I'm on that side of Dallas.”

“It's a great RV park. They have a beautiful pool and a storm shelter. The park is well maintained and constantly being improved upon. One day, I did notice a bunch of screws laying in the road near one of the dumpsters. When I mentioned it to the maintenance man, he was very polite and rectified the issue immediately. A wonderful place to stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Twin Canyon Ranch. The cabins are nice with all the creature comforts of home, the view is fantastic, the staff was extremely friendly and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. There are 7 cabins which would make it ideal for large family groups wanting to enjoy time together but still have their own individual spaces. The pool and hot tub had easy access from all the cabins. It’s was also nice that it was located between Gradbury and Glen Rose so you had more options for things to see and do.”

“This adults only RV Park is a quiet, serene country style of living. If peace is what you want, this is the place for you. Although there aren't a lot of trees around each RV, there is a tall row of trees on the west side that the sun dips behind in late afternoon. Another plus is that the park is small and Chris is an awesome manager. He's kind, dependable, and available to his residents.”

“My daughter and myself have been here already 3 times and we love it extreme and the room is always very clean and cozy, I'm especially love about the amazing kindness and friendly personality of everyone who is working here. I will always come back to this clean and beautiful place. Especially the nice lady who has been making the breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk is also so kind and always trying to get a good price to make you happy. I just would like to say,,, please don't forget to give the house keepers a good tip and also the breakfast lady of course also the front desk, I was working as a hostess for a long time and o can honestly say that they don't get paid a lot, the say ,, well, they have to count on the tips, ,,, But let me tell you, many people don't know that and even a $5 .00 would be helpful for the crew, thank you and I am definitely coming back again 😂❤️👍☺️”

“I stumbled onto this RV park when we were traveling for a wedding at the Preserve Venue in Canyon Lake. The RV park was initially not quite ready, but the Laird's reached out to me personally to let us know it would be ready for our dates. We were the first ones to break it in! The spots are shaded and for being 2 blocks of the main road, its very quiet. The park is close to restaurant's and the river for tubing. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning for another stay.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed staying here!!! We invited my nephew to come with us, and he felt like he was in haven!!! We gave him the upstairs bedroom, it had a spacious bathroom and sitting area, he thought it was so cool!!! The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are really spacious!!! It was also nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit!!! We also enjoyed our patio, we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening!!! Yeah Buddy!!! “We stayed overnight at The RV park on our way back from Colorado and loved it! We arrived late right at dusk and the owners had texted us all the details we needed to get settled in on our own. There was lots of space to maneuver our horse trailer LQ and the RV site had not just electricity, but water and sewer too which was a plus. The horse corrals were just right. They were very roomy with a cover, a water faucet on the edge of the corral and very safe pipe fencing. Next time I will bring a bicycle cable and lock for extra security. Really great set up!”

“Booking here for our 10 year wedding anniversary was the best decision we have made since we got married. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Staff is kind, caring, knowledgeable, super friendly and fun!! The grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. The store has everything you need, the pool is the perfect temperature day and night, and every bathroom/bath house was clean and well stocked. Between the pickleball courts, corn hole boards, pool table, outdoor kitchen and swimming pool, we were never bored. The only problem we had was leaving to return to west Texas. We will return every chance we get.”
