“We brought our two new puppies to this vet which was a new vet for our family. They were very helpful from the very beginning, answering all of our questions and providing options for care to help our pups get a healthy start. When I brought in the pups I couldn’t handle them both at the same time so the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. They even got cute bandanas after their vaccines! I am very pleased with the care they have received so far and look forward to our visits in the future.”

“We’ve been with Dr. Bob Russel for almost 17 years now, and couldn’t ask for a more attentive veterinarian for our beloved Pembroke Welsh Corgis! During that time, we’ve also seen Dr. Jim Russel and Dr. Dawson and they are all equally awesome!! In addition, the staff are all top notch, from the all the technicians, the front desk staff, grooming and boarding etc, we trust Battleground 100% with the health, safety and well-being our our pets! We even moved 25 miles south to another county, but still will not part with these great folks! Our corgis have all lived to a very old age, and we contribute that partly to the wonderful vet care they have received over the years!!”

“We were in town from Orlando, visiting family, when my dog began coughing persistently. Even the day after a long holiday weekend, they were able to squeeze us in. We have moved quite a bit and my dog has been to many vets. This by far was our best experience. Dr. Johnson was thorough, kind, and informative. She listened to all of our concerns and addressed each one. Even though they were busy, we weren’t rushed at all. Highly recommend!”

“Dr. Rachel is the best!!! She helps us avoid travel stress by treating our cat in the comfort of his own home. She is very skilled with managing our grouchy cat and is highly experienced and knowledgeable. Not only that, but she is also extremely kind and patient - I have NEVER felt rushed in our visits. She also responds quickly to any correspondence. Rachel also helped me manage my cat with kidney disease 10 years ago. “I came here today to have my dog’s ear infection checked out, it was our first visit. I’m really impressed, my dog usually stresses out at the vet, which he did at first until the vet tech and vet came in and assessed him. They both had really great energy, they handled my dog with care, the vet was very transparent/kind to my dog and me. She listened to what i had to say and didn’t under-mind my concerns or animal knowledge. That type of attention is always greatly appreciated! The bill for our visit was fairly priced, I didn’t think I was over or undercharged. My dog left more calm and relaxed compared to when we arrived. This was an overall great experience for us! I will be using this office as my main vet while I live here.”

“We have been so excited for Dr. Moore to open his own practice. He's been treating my girls for a couple years now. We finally had a chance to stop in last week for boarding. We were warmly welcomed and the entire staff took the time to introduce themselves and meet my girls. They had their suites all set up, and escorted me back so I could see where they would be staying. Dr. Moore came in at that point and quickly went in the kennel and got on the floor to love on them. He then personally gave me a tour of the entire facility. State of the art hospital but you feel like you are at home. I'm very impressed at the thought and attention to detail he put into all areas of his hospital. When I picked up my girls from boarding they were telling me funny things about each ones personality they had noticed. It showed me that they spent time with them. They were not just 2 dogs boarding. As I walked out the door I smiled noticing the cute bandanas read where your pets are family! And we felt that! Thank you Frisco Pet Hospital!”
