“Just moved to the area and they were able to get my cat Willow an appointment. All of the staff were extremely kind and Dr. Sosa made sure to explain every possible thing that could be causing my cat to be sick and provided me with solutions. I really appreciate the thoroughness and care they have for people’s pets along with their kindness. I really also loved the thoughtfulness that was put into their waiting room and the cat rooms where the vet examines them. My cat felt extremely comfortable here and I have piece of mind after taking Willow here. Dr. Sosa called to make sure Willow was doing okay the next day which shows how much they care. “My dog started showing signs of conjunctivitis in his eyes on a Saturday night, so I called Creekside around midnight on a Sunday and the employee who answered the phone was extremely helpful. She sent me the new patient form in a text message, so I filled it out, and then she told me which times would be best that Sunday (though they did not take appointments as it is walk in only). They also let me know that the fee for my dog to be seen would be around $60 (which is quite reasonable for not having an appointment!) I brought my dog early that Sunday morning and they had great curbside service. They took my dog in after less than 5 minutes of waiting in the car, and they said it might be an hour before he's ready to be picked up, but in reality it was only about half an hour. Dr. Fisher let me know he would need some eye ointment and they tested for scratches on his eye and they fortunately didn't see any. I was out in less than an hour and the bill was around $150 which was less than expected. The employee that brought my dog out gave me very detailed instructions for how to apply his eye ointment and I appreciate their attention to detail. My dog's eyes are already clearing up just a few days later and I'm grateful for the professional service for such a reasonable price! Here's a picture of my happy boy 🙂”

“Last week we brought my Chihuahua named Chewy here because she was suffering from heart failure. The shorter asain woman came RUNNING to me at the front door and quick as she could took Chew into the back. We were then brought to a private room within minutes and then called by the head Vet there. She was very compassionate. She clearly explained the facts, and her opinion of the choices we had to make for my dog. We ended up choosing euthanasia. Even though my heart is broken, I am so thankful we came here and not Diamond or some other place. The people here at VCA are incredible and they did all they could, and in the long run I will come back here in the future. I'll also be recommending anyone with an animal emergency come here first if they have an opening. Call ahead because if your pet is in dire straights, they will make room if they are able. Like they did for us that day. Thanks for your hard work and love! 😺 🐕”

“Dr. Bell has worked with our Rotties and our Frenchies. We have been very pleased with him and his staff. Our frenchie had cherry eye and he successfully surgically repaired her eye without complications. Our female Rotties got into a fight and one female ended up with half her ear torn and multiple lacerations- the vet staff was able to fit her in same day and successfully surgically repaired her torn ear and stitched up a few other lacerations from the fight along with cleaning out her ears and applying antibiotics inside. Our other female Rottie ended up losing her entire litter and their staff scheduled her to be seen that same week to have a complete panel of testing done to try and figure out why she lost her litter. Due to COVID-19- vet care is extremely limited but Dr. Bell and his staff prioritize each case and have been able to help our pups get seen and get the care they need. We cannot speak more highly of this clinic and their ability to provide timely, quality care for our pups. Thank you so much Dr. Bell & staff!”
