I was flustered from having to travel to a bunch of fedexs that couldn’t print my label. She almost turned me away too. I have a 15.5 year old lab who's old vet would just tell me "he's old" every time there was some sort of issue, I finally got fed up and was recommended Dr. Sarah by a friend. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! When she met my pup she immediately got down on his level, made him (and me) feel comfortable and cared for, and caught an issue I hadn't even realized was going on on her first visit. “Our cat stayed at this facility for 2 nights after a high risk surgery at the surgery center next door. I felt confident in all of the vets I came in contact with. They were all very caring, some more than others. I did not feel that they tried to rip us off money wise in any way, and did only what they felt was necessary for the care of our cat. In fact, our cat wasn't eating that great so instead of keeping him there longer, they wanted to try to send him home to see if he would eat- and he did. Yes it is expensive- what animal ER vet isn't? Our situation was an emergency surgery, so our stress level was very high. I felt confident that our cat was getting quality care based on the communication from the vets. They were knowledgeable and answered all of our questions even let us go by and see him on the second night, which they aren't supposed to do. . The front desk staff was also knowledgable and extremely friendly. I was never in the dark about how my pet was doing and felt that everyone involved cared. I would take my cat back here, and I would recommend it to anyone else.”

“We recently took our 4 year old wooly husky here for a grooming session and were very nervous because he had never been professionally groomed before, was super matted on his belly and is extremely sensitive about being brushed/groomed. However, the grooming manager, Jill, was absolutely INCREDIBLE at answering all of our questions beforehand and handling him during the apt when he was definitely not the easiest dog to deal with. We cannot believe how good he looked and felt after his grooming session. Jill got out every tangle and he is the softest he’s been since he was a puppy. Cannot recommend Jill enough!”

“We take our two dogs here. One for almost 2 years and another for almost 1.5 years. I've used both the boarding and vet. It's a great place and the customer service is good but I agree it's expensive compared to other vets that I've checked, and they do tend up upsell you on other services. That's not to say they force you into buying anything you don't want. You can always decline to pay for something you don't want or need, but when I receive a quote for services I already know it's going to be much higher than many of the competitors in the area. When taking my dogs in for a service I'm mainly concerned about what they *need* not the *extras* if that makes sense. I like taking my dogs here because the vets are patient and seem very concerned about their well-being. They're usually able to fit us in on last minute appointments if needed. Lastly, it's close to home and we don't have to drive across town.”
