“First up, it's Burger King. You knew what you were doing when you pulled into a Burger King drive-thru. Burger King didn't block you into your own driveway. You chose this, and you've got to be okay with that or figure out why you have this pattern of choices. As Burger King goes, this spot is a JOURNEY. Abandon what you think you know about wait times and hours of operation. Maybe there's someone inside, maybe there isn't. You don't know what's going on inside that building any more than you can truly know the contents of a strangers soul. For those willing to undertake an uncertain journey, the rewards can be rich. These folks know when they've kept you waiting, and if you don't pile on to form Karen-Voltron they'll probably make it up to you. Double-meat, random bacon, an extra drink. The people on morning are chill, friendly, and fun. One guy has highly complex running jokes with my 5-year old. It's sweet and awesome. I like to imagine elaborate backstories, because these folks deserve them. The atmosphere is wild. If Ice-T or Vin Diesel walked out of the cooler it wouldn't be a surprise. The question is: do YOU belong in this story? So go to Burger King and learn something about yourself.”

“Went there to eat lunch with my daughter since she loves sushi. The place is very clean and we love the atmosphere. After looking over the menu we decided to go for the poke bowls. I ordered the chopsticks poke bowl and my daughter ordered the tuna poke bowl along with some spring rolls. Omg! The spring rolls are the best I've had. The poke bowls did not disappoint. My daughter was raving about the avocado and the rice is 10 out of 10. I will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the menu.”

“This was our first time visiting this restaurant. It was under construction the last time we visited OBX. The food was delicious as were the drinks. The dishes are an elevated take on the local seafood and land-loving alternatives (meat). The gumbo was a delicious starter. The Blood Orange Scallops and Seafood Trinity pasta were perfect portions and great flavor. The big payoff is the ambiance. I recommend getting a table outdoors, so you can experience sunset on the sound side. This is a welcome addition to the restaurants in Duck!”

“This was our first visit and we thought the food was excellent. I had the breaded shrimp and my husband had a Buffalo chicken wrap. The shrimp were butterflied and lightly breaded and cooked perfectly. They were arranged around seasoned fries with a side of house made coleslaw. Nothing was greasy. My husband said everything in his wrap was fresh and loaded with goodies. The presentation exceeded expectations. Service was great. Karina did an excellent job!!! We ate outside on the deck and enjoyed watching the activity in the marina - especially the pair of swans and their brood. We will definitely return and look forward to seeing what's on their dinner menu.”

The next two visits everything was great with the exception of our waitress. I believe her name was Michelle, not a 100 percent sure. But she was slow. She did not ask questions. “This is your go-to for crablegs! They really give you your money 💰 's worth! Most of the restaurants do Mktprice for the crab legs. The Charlie Horse does the best. They have a 1lb entree for $30 two clusters, a 2lb for $60 and all you can eat for $95( $95pp was the standard for most of the "all you can eat" restaurants in the area). The 2 lb option for $60 came with 4 clusters which was more than enough! We had Buffalo shrimp 🍤 app we tried the bisque which was my fave. The setting and ambience was casual and friendly. Full bar with premium draft beers also added to the experience. They had a few crane games for the kids, which my grandson fell in love with and 🏆 🥇!! Tee shirts in all colors, styles and sizes were also available for purchase!! The resort shuttle driver Roy, suggested we try this place .....I owe him big time first the advice!
