“This restaurant does not have tap to pay so bring cash or a physical card. I had Oolong tea, shrimp toast, and special Pho. I asked for fish sauce and chili oil also. The tea was great perfect temperature and flavor. The shrimp toast was disappointing. It looked burnt but didn’t really taste burnt so I didn’t return it. It may the oil it’s cooked in. It was also very greasy. You could see the oil ooze when it was cut. (See video & empty plate). The Pho was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised because I don’t usually like darker broth.”

“Very good quality breakfast for a very reasonable price I had the special smothered burrito and it was very filling, made fresh, and tasted great. It came with a side of fresh fruit. The coffee is reasonably strong and several topping options available (milk, oat milk, sugar, etc..). This is inside of the ymca so in the mornings when you are finishing up your workout it is very mouthwatering as they fill the whole place with the smell of freshly made bacon. The bartender was friendly and recommended a couple beverages we've never had before. The food was outstanding. Burgers are made fresh daily and never frozen. The owner was our waitress, she was awesome and very personable. The appetizer was chicken tempura with a sweet honey jalapeno sauce on it. I had the chicken prosciutto with sweet potato fries. Every thing was delicious, the chicken covered with a sheet of prosciutto and cheese with a balsamic glaze was tender, juicy, and flavorful. Asparagus was cooked just right, sweet potato fries didn't need anything extra. Can't wait to go back again and support Prudy's awesome little restaurant. Was the best food I have had in long time.”

“One of my favorite ramen spots in the bay for its balance and addictiveness. The broth here is neither a clear and clean like a consommé nor is it a thick milky like a tonkotsu broth. It hits a sweet spot that has allowed it to maintain popularity in the Mitsuwa food court for decades despite many ramen shops coming and going during that time. The shio (salt) ramen is my favorite, though shoyu (soy sauce) is nice for a lighter flavor and miso is just as tasty. Note that the egg is always hard cooked, so I prefer to skip it. Compliment your ramen with a drink from the supermarket! When busy, the line to order and the wait for food can be long, especially on weekends afternoons.”
