“I was injured at work twice and was referred by the attending occupational injury physician (who said he had visited Dr. Heinen for his shoulder surgery.) The pre-surgery care, surgery and post operative care were all very professionally handled. The professionalism and personal care shown by Dr. Heinen was exceptional. It has been over ten years since my last surgery and I am glad I trusted him to complete these surgeries. At one point I was instructed by an individual that they had a similar surgery done and that they would not do it again. It ended up that both of my shoulders needed the same procedure and the second one I specifically requested Dr. Heinen. I am ever grateful for the outcome of the surgeries as the repairs were successful and eliminated the pain I was having and I would say, "Good as new." Thank you Dr. Heinen.”

“Let me start by saying that I was originally referred to another chiropractor in woodland hills. I went there and he didn't do ANYTHING! He charged me $150 bucks and then said you're too tight...come back the next day and we can try again. Well...I was rather annoyed! I called up a friend of mine who is a health nut and is always raving about his Chiropractor....and he gave the info for Dr. Zeilnsky. I called him up and told him what happened...he got me right in! He did a nice exam that covered everything! The other guy just ran his hands up and down my back... With in a few mins, he said he knew what was wrong and why I have had a headache for over a week. (i guess I should tell you that this is the reason I was looking for a chiropractor). Tylenol didn't help, migraine stuff didn't help...nothing did. Dr. Zelinsky did some electrical thing on my back and neck...then worked my back for a little bit...I know this is going to sound weird from one guy about another...but he has great hands! Then he said he was going to adjust me. It was the most gentle adjustment I have ever had. He hardly had to do anything and my back made soooooo much noise! After the adjustment, my headache was instantly gone! AFTER A WEEK! Then...he told me he was going to give me 30% off my bill because I already paid so much at another guy. Dr. Zeilnsky...or Dr. Z as everyone seemed to call him is the best chiro I have ever seen. He really seems to care and boy does he know his stuff! I've been there 3 times now...and each time I have felt better and better. I would say this is the guy you need to see!!”

“I stayed at Aura AfterCare for a double mastectomy. I was there for a few days. I am no stranger to nursing care and hospitals. After looking at their reviews here I was a little nervous, but I feel compelled to report that I never had such amazing after care in my life. My experience at Aura was exceptional not just good. Tatiana, Joanna, Alyssa, Cheyenne, Jen, Marina and I'm probably forgetting a couple-- were all superb. I have no idea who the chef was, but thank you also. The care was much better than over 20 other medical stays I have had throughout my life. To begin you have 1 - 1.5 private nurses to each patient. Each unit is only three patients. This makes for high level of care. While there I did have a medical issue that needed attention they all worked hard to help resolve the issue fast. There just is no way to really quantify that. It's words on a screen to the reader but if you are a patient than you understand. Healing can hurt. These people are lovely. The room was well appointed. I had a queen bed with lovely linens. Facts-- I probably would have slept well on a rock given my state, but this bed and the linens felt like I was a guest in someone's home. Of course I managed to spill my amazing smoothie all over them on day one! I also utilized the hyperbaric chamber a couple times during my stay. Highly recommend this. There is a reason elite athletes sleep in these. The process was smooth and Tatiana really explained what to expect. I'm normally a little claustrophobic, but there is a large window. Give it a try. Additionally the staff were exceptional with my guests. Having family and friends around during recovery is really important and the entire staff were lovely at accommodating them as well. Also the rooms are plenty big enough for multiple people. Honestly, I don't have a negative sentiment about my experience. Perhaps they are replacing some carpet soon? This was just exceptional all the way around. I had drains post surgery and drains are-- not exactly fun. They were again attentive and made sure I left able to handle what I needed to. I would definitely stay here again. In fact one of my guests is planning a surgery and will be staying at Aura AfterCare. Thank you to the group for all the support. “I have been treated by Dr. Stanley Steinberg for many years. I go when I have specific acute problems. Yesterday my back seized up after twisting to put my older 90lb dog in the car. Dr. Steinberg got me out of the worst pain and spasms. And I almost always call and walk in the same day when needed at the last minute which is great! Thank you, and to everyone at the office for being terrific, expedient and comforting. I can't recommend this doctor and his office and service enough!”
