“Probably the cleanest place to stay in Sylmar. Front desk is very nice and house keepers are very respectful. They don't pound on your door. Simple tap and soft spoken. Thank you beds can use upgrade and should have tubs in some units. Love to put them in for you also linoleum floors or marble tile in bathrooms.”

The front desk staff are sweet and kind and most importantly they work with you if you need to extend or just need extra time to check out or check in early. The entire staff including Sonny the head of maintenance will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Even though they are under construction, our stay was pleasant and our room was comparable to a 1 bdrm apartment which was perfect❤😊”

“This place offers an alternative to nursing home care. There are six residents who reside in a single family home where everything from cooking, laundry, medication administration and activities of daily living service is provided here. It's a much better alternative than in a nursing home where every shift, you have someone new coming in, providing sub par care with no accountability. Definitely, consider board n care as an alternative to placing your loved one in a nursing home.”

“This place is a gem and I'm actually reluctant to recommend it because I almost prefer to keep it to myself. However, it is too great not to be shared. The location is excellent for Venice beach and boardwalk because it's right on both and just far away from the noisy parts to be quiet at night. Not all rooms are created equal and I highly recommend upgrading if possible. Mid October is my favorite time to visit here because its typically still warm but not too hot and the summer crowds are long gone.”

“I don’t know about motel 6. It has a not so good reputation...truckers stay here i think...❓???????? Update: I stayed here one night around Christmas and it was EXCELLENT! Not the truck stop I expected at all. Very clean, professional and modern. Great tv. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Free coffee for breakfast. Excellent price! Highly recommend !!!????”

“I run on Dunkin and folks like me know they can vary in quality. There is nothing worse than a Dunkin run by franchisees trying to save money by not throwing out stale food or not routinely preparing fresh coffee. Most Dunkins have the same array of items and seldom have a huge variance in selection. So, I just grade them by two main criteria: 1) staff 2) freshness This place has a friendly and fast staff and the quality is good. They have all the items of a standard Dunkin; no abridged menu. Enjoy!”

“This nursing home is so clean! The nursing director and her team were welcoming, accommodating and kind. My sister and I toured several places in the area and this was one of our top choices. Patients seemed to enjoy the staff and vice versa. They even had a staff Zumba lesson going during our tour! So neat. A tour says a lot for a place and this tour gave us good feelings.”
