“They were absolutely wonderful with our dog Peanut. He was refusing food & water, almost unable to walk, was lethargic, and over all was not acting like himself at all for the past two days. After calling a dozen vets in the area this morning, no one could get us in today and I was too scared to wait any longer. I called Sea Paws in desperation as I have never used a mobile vet before. They managed to rework their schedule to squeeze him in within 2 hours! While it is a little more costlier than I am used to - I still feel the costs were very fair and were not much more for such amazing service. Especially now that I already see an improvement from the medication they gave him within a couple hours. Dr. Marcum really took her time to interact with our dog and it was obvious that she and her tech genuinely CARE about the patients that they treat. This is more than just a job and it shows. I have never received this level of service at any vet appt in my life. Thank you SO MUCH for coming out as fast as you did and for helping ease my own anxiety about the situation. I read some bad reviews online that made me almost not give them a shot. I am beyond thankful I did not listen to those reviews! A++ service, care, everything! Thank you again! 🩺💉🐕”

“When we had to say goodbye to our sweet yellow lab, we knew Dr. Hill was the perfect person for the job. Sam was old - Santa brought him for my daughter 15 years ago. Dr. Hill was incredibly compassionate and explained ever step. My now adult daughter got to stay with him as long as she wanted before the procedure. When they did the injection, my daughter pet him and we all she’d a few tears. We were all welcomed to stay with Sam as long as we wanted. When my daughter was ready to say goodbye, we went outside and waited about 15 minutes. We knew we wanted to bury Sam on our farm, they presented Sam to us in a durable and very nice looking white “body bag”. It was beautiful to know he wouldn’t just be in a trash bag. About a week later, we received a condolence card from the staff and they had taken a paw print of Sam and enclosed it in the card. It hangs on our fridge to remind us of our sweet Sam. On a difficult day, Dove Creek did everything they could to make us comfortable and say goodbye the way we wanted to.”

“After following Dr. Hunter Finn on Instagram for the last year or so and enjoying his awesome informative videos, I was ecstatic to hear about the opening of Pet Method in McKinney. I was able to get my dogs in quickly for vaccines and annual exam. The staff at Pet Method is so welcoming and loves the dogs. Sarah was amazing and patient answering all of my scheduling questions and welcoming us in. Kaitlyn came right in and sat on the floor with my dogs and started making them feel comfortable and loved on. She was very patient and helped keep them calm and stress free. Dr. Finn provides an atmosphere that is stress free. He also got down on the floor with my dogs and interacted with them. While giving my dog his shots, he provided him with cheese and pet him and he was gentle and my dog didn’t even realize he got shots! It was amazing! His demeanor is very calming and my dogs responded well. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. We plan to continue seeing Dr. Finn. My dogs were very happy and loved on! Taking them to the vet has never been easier and stress free!”

“Such a wonderful and caring staff. I called on the way there because my dog had gotten into a bag of chocolate donuts and I had no idea how many he had eaten. Despite no doubt having a full schedule, they were able to see Henry and his urgent situation immediately. They even let me stay with him as the meds they gave him kicked in and induced vomiting, and sent us home with fluids and medications to make sure his stomach recovered. My dog, normally scared of new places and people, was comfortable with them handling him and accepted comfort from one of the staff when I went back to the lobby. “Our kitten wasn't acting herself so we brought her into Bartonville Veterinary for a check up. When we walked in we were greeted with a sign welcoming my precious baby into their family. After the exam they requested to keep her for some tests. Dr. Cordero personally called to go over results. After further testing the unexpected phone call came in. They stayed into their lunch hour to give us time to grieve and spend time with our baby. The vet was honest and the staff were all very understanding. We had expected to take our Malibu home, but I did not want to be selfish and her to be in pain any longer. They gave us all the options for her aftercare. It was a horrible outcome, however they have earned my trust and we will return with our other fur babies.”

“Dr. Crabtree and his staff are so AMAZING! i can not express my gratitude for these amazing People at this veterinarian facility! My little Dog was injured by a bigger dog i was freaking out! I called every vet clinic and they all told me the same thing " we have no open appointments today take her to the ER vet" as we all know ER vet is EXPENSIVE and we dont have that kind of money and payment plans dont usually work with the ER vets. Right before i was pulling out to rush her there i called Dr. Crabtree and explain to them the situation immediately told me to head that way and they will fit her in keep in mind every vet didnt have a available appointment but this Wonderful clinic took her and fit her into their busy schedule and and fixed her up. With a price we are able to afford she is beyond okay and is doing great! Dr crabtree also calmed me down as i was emotional if you want a vet that is about the animals i highly recommend Dr. Crabtree and his staff!”
