“We've been looking for a local vet for our fur baby, and we have finally found it! This place is great!! The location is clean. I love that they keep cats and dogs separate to minimize your pet's anxiety. They're so thoughtful–they even have plug ins that release calming pheromones! Both the receptionists and techs are very friendly. The vet is extremely knowledgable and thorough. We appreciated how he gave us the scope of what was needed for Thor along with the pricing. We had been spending money on unneeded vaccinations that could be harmful to Thor, and rather than making more money, he explained all of this to us in a way that we could understand. We are so happy to have found a vet that cares about their "clients" as much as their owners care.”

He got neutered a few days ago and I had a concern about his incision and they were very responsive and willing to get him in the same day I called. “I was ready to put my 21 year old MFT gelding down. He just didn't feel good. Some Cushing's type problems but something else was wrong. We could not figure it out. A friend told me to do the Horse Hair analysis. He was very toxic with multiple heavy metals. I live in an old Mining Town and that explains it. The detox was hard on him at first. Irritable and cranky. I was told to expect that. One year later, I have my sweet gelding back and he feels soooo much better. Thank you Dr. Depaolo and company. Going to get a baseline heavy metal profile on my other MFT gelding. I am so glad I found this and did not put my sweet boy down. I would give 20 stars if I could.”

I have had two "emergencies" in the last 14 months and when I call them they get me in, which is just wonderful. When I had my first emergency other pet clinics / hospitals I called said no can't do it. When I called Avery Ranch they said we will squeeze you in just get here with her! But that was not all. It was just their overall attitude...THEY CARED! The staff there is amazing from Jennifer, to Alex, to the Doctors themselves. When I gave them my little four pound bundle of love I felt it will be okay, they really care and will take care of her. And they did. “Always makes sure multiple times a week, if not everyday, to take time and call each person back to set up an appointment so they don't have to rush on the phone. The owner, Laura, drives directly to YOUR house to take care of your animals so that we don't have to go through the hassle of putting them in the car/dealing with the aftermath. (yes, she cares that much for the animals, and yourselves). She is very good with all of her clients - thats includes both the human and animal clients. ALSO, she knows MANY of the animals located within the Flower Mound area; so, if your animal gets out there's a good chance she'll recognize who the little trouble maker is and return them (it's happened more than a dozen times). Even if she doesn't initially notice (sometimes they're very dirty after running around and having fun), there have been many times she's ran her microchip reader and been able to detect which dog/cat it is. You can tell she really has a passion/gift for what she does, and does it all without complaining. BEST VETERINARIAN EVER!”
