“I hear people say 'Decorum is Expensive'. Hold on... Their prices are higher in some cases, but not always. They have decent sales, but the experience and quality they offer are valuable. I understand if someone wants to order a $500 sofa from Wayfair, but that's not what this is. I have made a number of small purchases from Decorum over the years, and recently purchased a sofa. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The store was clean, smelled good, and had many items to choose. Walter was great! He listened to my ideas on new decor and offered helpful suggestions. I didn't just buy a sofa... I spoke with an expert! And the sofa... is fantastic! The reputation of Decorum... is true!”

Completely free to the families, full of amazing opportunities and a bunch of amazing friendships that will last them a lifetime. It was like a family. “We used AMC911 atlas twice over the course of a few years. First they found a cracked foundation by the river birch which we ended up cutting down because it was way too close to our house. A few years later, we noticed our doors were sticking. We called Rob (our foundation guy) who recognized our initial issue and diagnosed our issue on the house. We ended up putting steel pillars under our house, which sits on the slab. He was very understanding, returning to our house to explain what he thought the issue was multiple times. He was very kind, professional, and trusted. After service care was excellent as well. He made sure we understood what was going on, what was done ro our house, and what to look for. We talked to 2 other companies before we decided to use AMC.”

“I can only speak for the Radiology department as that is the only place I visited at this clinic. I was looking for another way to show them appreciation for their kindness and professionalism but I couldn't find any other way to send a "comment card", so Google reviews it is! Hopefully a team member sees this. But I was seen Nov 30 2022 for my anatomy scan at 8am. I didn't know where to go and when I asked Radiology if I was at the right place, the Corpsman there was very sweet and kindly joked that it *should* be and she will check for my appointment. After scanning my ID it took 2 seconds to confirm my appointment and check in. My radiology technician (she may have been a Nurse, I'm so sorry if I'm getting the title wrong) came to get me about 10 minutes after waiting and I believe she grabbed me before my appointment actually started. So really no wait time at all! She was so kind!! And she said her name TWICE but of course I forgot it the second I walked out of the clinic. I wish I could remember their names to shout them out individually. The whole experience was wonderful. I never felt any hostility or any unprofessionalism at any point. I'm sure the grievances in the poor reviews are valid, but I have to say I just didn't experience anything negative.”

“So the reviews for this store had me concerned but my visit was quick and painless. I called a bit before 5pm to verify my prescription was ready. I was on hold for a few minutes but it wasn't too long. They said my prescription was waiting for me so I went to the store and waited about 5 seconds before one very friendly staff member helped me. The entire process took maybe 2 minutes and I was out. Happy to recommend the Pharmacy here.”

“Tycon isnt my usual DME company but man do i wish they where. I had a decline in my health and due to my power assist and manual chair not being a safe or viable option I needed a folding power wheelchair. A quick google search on the Whill website pulled up tycon. I sent tycon an email and got an immediate response Catharine Z was "lucky" and i was put on her case load. I am. huge disability advocate and usually have to work twice as hard to get correspondence from people. This was NOT the case with Catherine she is one of the most helpful and sweet people i have come across. Often times i feel like just a paycheck but Catherine allowed me to feel like family. I was so shocked at how fast this was gone. On 1.6.2023 Catherine reached out to me and on 1.25.2023 the Whill F folding wheelchair was approved. I am mind blown. I typically have phone anxiety but Tycon Medical and Specifically Catherine have gone above and beyond to show me i am important and not just another pay check. 2.1.2023 - I want to add that we had I minor issue with shipping of my item and instead of leaving me without a chair on my upcoming trip to a doctor 4 hours away Catherine spent the day coming up with a solution in order to make sure I was able to get a loaner in the meantime. Most times you feel like you are just another customer / number / paycheck but Catherine called me with the most sincere apology I have ever heard and provided me an alternative. The loaner may not be my personal chair but I am beyond grateful for the hard work she put in Along with the other office staff to make my trip still possible. If you are on the fence about using a local DME vs a nationwide one don’t think twice and support a local DME. TYCON showed me I matter and that I will be forever grateful for. 2.9.2023 - Derek is always so kind any time I see him I need to go to the area where the shop is located but I was having a higher paying day so they offered to bring me the chair within probably an hour after I told him I was having a high-paying day Derek came, and he was so kind as always took the loaner chair that I had and left me with my personal chair. I’m so excited to have my version of my chair although the loaner was amazing as well. Honestly everybody inside this company has been nothing but amazing shout out to Derek and Catherine.”

I had the Korean hot dog and let me tell you, this is my first time trying it and I already know this place has set the bar high on this!! So tasty, hot, spicy, salty, sweet and cheesy!!! I also ordered Famous Greg's Onion rings and they tasted like a combo of beer batter and tempura onion rings, EVERY BITE is better than the last!!! Lastly I had the Cambozzola burger, first bite and I was in Love!!! I'm a big believer in a World of Good, because this place just did me a world of good!!!
