I went to the correct store and spoke with Amy and she helped me TREMENDOUSLY. She is an absolute amazing employee and went above and beyond to help me out and made sure everything was fixed. I felt so bad, she kept apologizing for everything when it was all my fault. I was reluctant to stay feeling the loss of one of their Great employees who Always went the extra mile to assist me with glasses. I had the privilege of having Becky assist me. Talk about some kind of AWESOME! She was sympathetic understanding My feelings of grief for her former coworker and patient as I was unsure of how to proceed. She also was So very knowledgeable about my insurance making me aware of how to best utilize my benefits. The Doctor was also no slouch taking the time to thoroughly educate me about my eyes, what he was doing and why. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to a Friend and did! “After looking at a handful of shops, with a variety of quality/prices, we settled on an England Furniture couch from Esprit. The salesperson, Jules, was very easy to work with and handled our request to custom order a couch. England Furniture was a nice low/mid-their option that gave us made-in-America workmanship with the quality to last 10+ years. We got a quote from Esprit, along with 5 other quotes in the area from England Furniture dealers. Esprit matched a lower quote we received from another England Furniture dealer, and we couldn’t be any happier. The couch will take months to get here, however, that has nothing to do with Esprit. Once I receive the couch later this year, I will update this review.”

“I never ever write reviews. I just get too lazy. But I felt COMPELLED to write one for this service. Doyle is the truth. He was at my house within 10 minutes of calling! I definitely got lucky though as it was on his way to another job, so just keep that in mind. The point is that he’ll Make every effort to get to you as soon as he’s able to. As for the job, I had very little for him to work with in spare carpet to use for bare spot repairs. He still made it happen! Much better than I anticipated. For the cleaning, I had paint stains, animal stains, you name it. Considering it’s very old carpet, it’s the best it could ever get. He’s a one-man show and does excellent work and a very fair price. Support your local small-business! He’s worth every dollar!”
