“I lived at Carvel apartments for a year and most certainly would have stayed longer if my family didn’t need me back in Oregon. They are quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had, always were professional with me, very helpful with recommendations when I had trouble finding a good moving company to pick up my furniture. The apartment itself was cozy and beautifully renovated, the location is so close to stores, banks, gas stations, etc. The power suddenly went out one day in the entire complex and management was right on it and had it up and running again in no time. They certainly made my living experience in Washington wonderful and memorable. Thank you Tsanai and Trista for always getting back to me so quickly with responses to anything I emailed about and for being so wonderful with my online payments. I highly recommend this place.”

“The office and Maintenance staff together made our stay at Taluswood very welcoming. If you are a dog owner, there are a lot of green belts around which is very convenient. Lots of amenities. Taluswood is unlike any other apartment complex I've stayed at. The office manager worked with me on my final account statement when I decided to move. No bitter feelings about being overcharged. I recommend living here if you work in the area, and have pets.”

“We have lived here for almost a year. We love the location of Alderwood Heights. It's right by H Mart, our favorite market, Katsu Burger, and close to the Alderwood Mall. The renovated apartments are decently nice, and build quality is okay. Overall, it feels pretty home-y here. Our immediate neighbors are friendly, and the staff and maintenance have always been helpful and kind. Cons: No AC - you will likely buy your own so make room for that. It's clearly built in the 80s; doesn't stand up to similarly priced newly built apartments. Seems to foster some noisy neighbors. Hot tub has been closed the whole time. Final thoughts: We would love to renew here given a fair renewal price that makes sense with the market and nearby competitors.”

“Priscilla was asked to help sell our mothers home after she passed. It needs some work, but, has a great lot and is in a great area! Then shortly after my husband and I asked her to help find us a place. Easy right? Not so much! We have 2 large dog's, 2 cat's, that need space/yard and a race car that also needed a place. My husband works in Seattle, and our budget was practically nothing compared to what houses are priced at. Also, we weren't prepared to move for another 2 years. Almost 3 month's to the day of meeting her, we closed on mamas house for well over asking price and we closed on an adorable house in North Marysville, with a yard, quiet neighborhood, with a shop and a garage AND just minutes from the nearest parking ride so my husband can quickly get to work. For just under our all in price. The entire time she was there day/night to answer any and all of our trillion questions, set up viewings and helped point out new listings that checked our boxes. She even went out of her way to grab a few things that were accidentally left at my mothers house in south Mountlake Terrace and brought them to me! Should we move again, she will absolutely be our first choice for an agent. If you want an agent that will work her tail off for you, she's that agent!”
