She was polite and understanding. She Allowed us to make a partial 50%payment and the balance the morning of the appointment. She was very detailed and advise they would have 3 people to assist in moving my mom and assured me all would be fine. They were early to the appointment as requested and my mom was very comfortable. For any tolls, they will bill you e-toll receipt a week after your reservation, no additional fees. I would recommend capturing a video of your vehicle's condition and gas level before leaving, just as a precautionary measure.”
